While there is a large range of food choices, which are tasty, the meals are on the higher cost side. The service is often hit and miss. We were seated and had to ask for our menus, cutlery and water, whereas the table seat just after us was fully serviced at seating. The food is quite slow coming out too. It finally came when we were contemplating chasing it up. The thing that left us feeling flat about our experience was the lady who was the cashier. We were the only ones around to serve and no one came up behind us while paying but, her attitude and the way she was speaking to the customers was quite aggressive and short.

Very disappointed. Have eaten here many times before. Lamb backstrap salad was a massive plate of greens, approx 6 small strips of lamb and two french carrots, not what it has been in the past. Too many people for adequate service even though there seemed to be plenty of staff running everywhere!! Noone ever came back to ask if we wanted anything else so had to try a couple of times to flag someone down. Won't be back in a hurry...

Frankie's Food Factory came highly recommended and it did not disappoint! Great service, staff are happy to be there, fresh ingredients, wide variety all set in a great location - definitely worth the drive from the Central Coast. Thanks again, see you next time!

We both ordered the ceaser salad with chicken. Firstly, this salad traditionally is served with egg however here we had to pay $4 and then to have anchovies we had to pay $8 which is outrageous. The croutons were stale and the chef had completely forgotten the prosciutto so we had to ask for it. The waiter brought out generous side bowls of prosciutto which was cold. We had to ask for more dressing as there was hardly any and also extra Parmesan as also there was hardly any. This was an extremely disappointing meal experience.

Very disappointed with main course. 4 prawns in hot pot. Staff need training in serving & removing dishes. Manager useless. We did have a lovely, efficient waitress who knew how to serve, & was very charming.

Lovely as always, food is super yum, beautifully presented, huge menu and great with dietary requirements especially Gluten Free. Love they have a doggie menu too. Kids LOVE the loaded milkshakes, they are a real special treat.

It was Mothers Day, so extremely busy. Lucky we had booked. They were extremely accommodating, adding an extra chair for us when an extra person showed up to surprise our mum. Food was nice, I would come back and would like to explore more of the menu. The staff were very busy, but once we secured some menus they were quick to take our orders. Food came out quickly and was very nice. All in all, a good experience but it would have been nice to savour it all just a little longer.

It was very busy and they sat us outside on wet chairs and table that was very unstable. Forgot to provide cutlery, had to ask for it.
