Being the Monday on the long weekend it was jam packed. The staff were amazing getting orders taken and delivering the drinks and food to tables with smiles on their faces.

Best cafe in the area, highly recommend to all. Food is amazing with excellent service to match. Kids get to play aswell and be happy too

Everything was great. My only feedback is to have more servers or a system in place where they ask if you'd like to order something right away (coffee etc) and then return when all guests have arrived to the table or another order. After being seated, your front reservations lady came back to check in if I needed anything and I asked for a server, she said she would send someone. No one arrived and I couldn't get anyone's attention. Staff are otherwise really lovely and spot on. One even remembered to return 15mins later to take my sisters lunch order instead of us calling out for someone. That was great! This isn't the first time.

We had a booking at 2pm never actually got seated until 2:50pm food came out about 40mins later although we ordered straight away.. Staff were lovely but ruined our Mother’s Day.. Need a better system for booking

We went to Frankie’s Milperra for Mother’s Day and it was a HUGE disaster. I booked a table for 8 people for 1pm. We were seated by about 1.30pm. Upon ordering we were told we had to order all our food, drinks, coffee and desserts in one order and could not order anything else later on because they were too busy. We went to order desserts on the original order and luckily I checked with the waitress, because we were told the desserts would have come out at the same time as lunch. So we removed them from our order and were unable to have dessert!! They very clearly just wanted to get as many people in and out, which for a day like Mother’s Day is completely unacceptable. Not being able to order dessert, or another drink or a coffee at the end of your meal if ridiculous. Will definitely not be returning!

Always a great time at Frankie’s. Being Mother’s Day it was extremely busy. Staff were calm and organised. The wait for food was understandably a little longer than usual however the quality of food was not compromised. Our meals arrived hot and looked and tasted amazing!

Made a booking on Mother's Day and it was a terrible experience. We were told multiple times before we sat down that it was only a one hour booking. They were in a massive rush to take the order and we were told that we will need to order everything at once. No subsequent orders will be allowed. We completed and ordered everything together. The food that came out was cold and really small in portions. 20 mins into the meal, I ordered another coffee and was told that they can only offer takeaway at their coffees were running late. We just ate and left. The whole point of going to a cafe is lost if the food is horrible and they won't serve you coffee. We were a regular customer going once a month at least. The level of service and food was horrible this time around and they've lost us now. I understand that they want to turn around tables quickly on a busy day, but it felt that all they needed was our money and didn't care about the experience we had on a special day at all. Truly disappointing!

Always love the food and lovely staff. I meet up with friends alot here and love the ambience of the plants. The only thing now is the parking is only free for 2 hours and requires a $20 purchase in flower power for free parking beyond 2 hours. That may hinder catching up with some friends now.
