It was a lunch for my dad’s 93rd birthday and it was lovely. A special little cake was brought out that you supplied, was a lovely surprise and thanks for your thoughtfulness and kindness once again. Dad loved it. The whole restaurant singing happy birthday was wonderful too-and it was a packed restaurant. His 3 young great grandchildren enjoyed playing in the playground and feeding the ducks. Thanks

I always enjoy Frankies, service was a little slow, my meal arrived quite a while after my friends, to be fair it was a Sunday for lunch and they were very busy. Overall great restaurant

the worst part about frankie’s is only being one person but wanting to eat every single thing on their menu. there isn’t enough of me..!!!! if you go, good luck, because one you start, you’ll be wanting to go there every weekend. all staff are absolutely lovely, the food is great, and the restaurant always has a great atmosphere.

Great customer service by Sahil today (legend!). Food was excellent as always and the service was fast. Today was my wife's birthday and the experience today at Frankie's Glenhaven and our server Sahil was outstanding and made my wife's day.

Food was amazing and was served in a timely manner considering it was extremely busy. Took a while to be taken to our table considering we had a booking. Felt the walk in customers were given more time than the line up for reservations. Lady who served us was extremely helpful and polite. Overall highly recommend as the setting is lovely and the food is amazing.

It was mother's day, so expected it to be busy, but it was a fire hazard to the amount of people that were in the dining area. If there was an emergency where people would need to exit quickly, then people would get hurt. Regardless, the food was nice and the waiters were kind and thoughtful

Mothers day late lunch and understandably extremely busy. Despite this, service was prompt and friendly - staff have obviously been well trained and operate within a great culture - a lesson for other restaurants. BBQ lamb skewers were well worth the $42 and more than I could eat. My wife loved the rigatoni ragu & adult son was very happy with his spicy chicken burger, although next time will probably have the lamb skewers after finishing off mine. Couldn't fault the Belgian hot chocolate. The seating capacity of Frankie's is huge and does give it somewhat of a cafeteria feel, but this makes the cooking and service even more impressive.

Mothers Day lunch was chaotic, no drinks arrived despite reminders and far too many people let in for the space. Should have restricted numbers on a busy day.

Breakfast on Mothers Day was way too busy for my liking, not an enjoyable experience. We were sitting right near the kitchen/coffee machine and the noise level was high. They forgot about our coffee order which then came out just as we were about to leave.
