This is our second time in 2 weeks. The first time the service was poor and the waiter got our orders wrong and couldn't speak fluent English.
This time we used our voucher which we couldn't redeem the first time and the service was good and fast.
The food was enjoyable although my partner's crab bite was still frozen inside and had to be returned and when it did come it was lovely.
Not a place if you want a quiet meal as there was always children eating here and can be very noisy.
Having booked a table for 7.30 , we arrived and were told that it was the last table available and that everyone else would be waiting for 45 mins ? !
Manager very stressed , one waitress working for a fully booked restaurant , waited for 15 mins no sign of a drink or waitress so decided to walk out !
No one noticed !
Waste of time - as always with this place , lack of staff , lack of service , and very very poor !
Get your act together !!
Our online booking was not found when we arrived at the restaurant. Fortunately the place was not busy so we could seat immediately but it would have been an issue if it had been busier. Aside from that it was all good.
Open table had not booked the table. So there was no booking.
Food was OK. Chips weren't to our liking. Service was quite poor. Had a flat drink brought to us and waiter made us feel guilty about it. Brought a replacement, however. Took our order then we never seen him again.
