Was very overpriced for what we got. Food wasn't even that good hardly anything on the plate was more like a kids meal than adult and misses order a pinaclada as I was driving and it was so small and £6 bloody rip off and to top it off I used to loved f&b as it was like a American dinner with American dinner style music and it was more R&B and rap and pop than old style music like Dean Martin and Frank sinatra. We were very disappointed in the evening. We won't be back

Not the greatest of visits as on arrival we were told that breakfast had been manic so we may have to wait, my main course had to be changed as it wasn't what I'd asked for - there was no salmon available so I wanted the Mediterranean salad with beef, when it turned up it was just a pile of lettuce and beef, the waitress took it back and took of the beef and put it onto another salad. We had to chase for one of the side orders. We were sat right behind the service area so we felt like we were in the way. Plus points were that our waitress was new and very helpful throughout, glad we had 40% off.

After travelling all day I had a really bad migraine and as there was no food at the hotel, took the plunge to eat out. It was rain8ng heavily and I feel very fragile, but hungry. There were a few tables inside , I explained about my poorly head and asked to be sat in a quiet(er) area, I was directed to a table in the middle of the restaurant next to some noisy children and under a music speaker. When I asked if there was a quieter table , but was told I could sit outside in the pouring rain ( not even under cover, ) At which stage I left. After speaking to other people at the hotel, the man on the door is known to be downright rude. I will not be eating at Frankie and Bennies again.Ever.

food was fine, service was mostly cheery and helpful tho the bar was a bit depleted with most draught unavailable, decent food deals too
