I booked through open table got a confirmation number when I got there they didn’t have the booking good job it was empty in there It was empty very few tables with people at them so why was our food cold every time I go into that branch something is burnt ,I had burger the roll was black and my sweet potato fries weren’t cooked properly ,told waitress she just said sorry about that and that was it When we went to O2 branch it was manic in there ,same meal was absolutely lovely so much so that I wrote and said how nice it was ,surely with less customers food could be hot and not burnt chefs under less pressure

First time going to Frankie and Bennys....and was my last! Service was so slow considering not many people in restaurant but the waitress was nice. Ordered chicken skewers for starter which looked nice on menu.... it was the smallest bit of chicken cut into the thinnest strips thrown on some lettuce and limp peppers, the chicken was so dry it removed the saliva from my mouth and looked nothing like the menu picture. Ordered chicken and bacon for main... again dry chicken tough bacon grease filled onion rings which just tasted of oil and pre cooked chips. Coke was flat and no fizz at all, shocking for a big chain. Really poor food and will never recommend!

I booked on line a table for 3, for 7.4pm, when we arrived we was told our booking was not there and we got sent to the bar to get drinks while our table was being sorted. We got seated after 20 min wait. We ordered and our starters came out at different times and my order was wrong. The main meals came and the steaks were not cooked as they should of been, it turned out a rather bad night , my husband had eaten his food but was awaiting for his steak as he ordered mix grill, it then turned up as another meal, my steak was chewy and therefore ordered something else. By then I did not want to eat and certainly didn’t want dessert. I must say the customer service we received about our complaints was first class everything was dealt with straight away and even got £30 taken off the bill. Thank you for the staff who tried there best to put things right.
