We were greeted on arrival by a manager with spectacles he seemed to be ok he said we would have to wait for a table so I asked for the one in the corner he said yes just needs clearing so we are standing bearing in mind we booked for 8 oclock and it was 8 so we are just left standing there the table had been cleared I said can we go and be seated he said no not yet so I said to my husband this is ridiculous our table was booked for 8 and it’s nearly 8.05 he looked over at me and said it’s only 8.01 now I said it 8.05 by my watch of which he learned over at where the till was and said it’s 8.01 he was very sarcastic I don’t expect of this kind attitude from staff when he did come to seat us he said how many children’s menus knowing it was 5 adults we had booked for I felt very uncomfortable even my daughter said how sarcastic he was I think he needs to be trained on customer services I felt like taking my family and walking out but didn’t want to spoil it for them the whole experience has made not want to go back which is a shame cuz we have been going there at least 3 time a month for a few years now

Frankie & Benny's is just okay. It is a decent chain of restaurants, fairly consistent with what they serve up. It isn't great, but is pretty decent all the same. We were served well and had a pleasant experience..
