   One of our favorite neighborhood spots. My husband wasn’t that crazy about his salmon dish - too sweet. We wish the waitress had told us that he could have gotten the dressing on the side. Other than that - all good.

   I’ve been a long-time customer since the days Victor owned Franco’s, but sadly, the quality has really declined. I've given the new management several chances, hoping things would improve, but this last visit sealed it for me. The pasta was bland and disappointing..completely lacking in flavor. It's disheartening to see a place that once had food fall so far. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

   This was our first time at Franco. We had a reservation and were seated right away. We were surprised that the restaurant was not busy on a Friday evening. Our server was Paola and she was very nice. She immediately asked if we wanted cocktails and gave us some time to decide. We ordered cocktails and then someone bright bruschetta. My husband had them and said it was tasty but might have been sitting awhile since the bread was a bit soggy. Paola went over the special before we ordered. The entrees come with roasted potatoes and peas and carrots. I ordered Pollo Marsala and asked if I could get pasta instead of potatoes and veggies. She said she’d ask if the chef would do that. My husband ordered pollo Francese with double potato’s. We didn’t have to wait long at all for our entrees to arrive. The portions were large and the food was tasty. I was surprised that there was no garlic bread or rolls. Which we enjoy with Italian food. We had to take home half our meals and were too full for dessert. I’m not sure we’ll go back.

   I have been going to Franco's for many years and I am disappointed for the very first time. The staff brought the wrong pasta and it took about 40 minutes to get it replaced. Meanwhile the other diner completed her meal and had it packaged up and waiting. Then the bill came and the waiter charged us for both pasta dishes! Also, there was a patron overserved in the bar cackling like a hyena for an hour, which wasn't the staff's fault but it was super annoying!

   We had the best experience! The food was great and I was so happy there was a gluten free pasta option. The service was beyond amazing. Vern, our server was so attentive, sweet and funny. He made our night out that much more enjoyable We will absolutely come back!!!

   We were seated immediately. I had the pappardelle mushroom pasta. It was absolutely delicious. My friend had the eggplant which she didn’t really like. She said it was watery and didn’t have a lot of flavor. The service was very good. We sat outside. It was a beautiful evening.

   This was our first visit to this restaurant. It was excellent. Our server Paola was very nice as was the entire staff. The complimentary bruschetta and fresh bread was delicious. Our meals were cooked perfectly. We will be back!!

    Perfect in every way, the pappardelle Amalfi was so delicious. The chicken Parmesan was also great. Huge portions, attentive service.
