   Our server was a nice young man who was attentive & suggested some delicious choices from the special Mothers Day menu.

   The food at Franco’s was absolutely incredible, as always—consistently one of my favorite spots. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the usual standard this time, which took away from the overall experience. Still, I’ll be back for the food alone.

   There were 8 of us and we ate outside. The staff was phenomenal. Always made sure that no one ran out of something to drink. The food was delicious. Most of us had fish (branzino, sole, etc…) for dinner and everyone loved the flavors on each dish. My mother had chicken marsala. I asked our server if she could please added extra mushrooms and they did. For me, this is the best restaurant in Wellington.

   Decided to celebrate our anniversary here as we received an offer in the mail as well as a personal review. There were a few factors going into everything, but overall we did not get a good welcome experience. We ordered the mussels, that was a special, all of them smelled off and some tasted questionable. Sauce was bland. We ordered the vodka and the carbonara pastas with breaded chicken. The chicken looked like a kids meal breaded chicken patty diced up. My husband said the vodka pasta tasted like Kraft mac & cheese. My carbonara tasted off as well but couldn’t place what it was. I think the pancetta was overcooked and overpowered the dish with an overcooked meat smell and taste. Overall, the food lacked flavor and authenticity. The drinks were great, and the service staff, Brett and a young lady, were polite and friendly. Bread and butter was delivered when we were already finished eating, which we only ate half of our entrée, so I ate the bread to fill up. The table next to us had a problem with their order as well. As what was ordered was not delivered to the table and the person who came to speak with them try to get him to eat what they delivered to the table at first. Not sure what is going on there, but this was not the experience that I expected in a restaurant that seemed to be upscale.

   We sat down and ordered in ten minutes the food was delivered..much too fast. the waitress was not very good. never came to ask how we liked the food until ir was finished. The tirimasu look 20 minuts to ddeiver and it was yummy.

   One of our favorite neighborhood spots. My husband wasn’t that crazy about his salmon dish - too sweet. We wish the waitress had told us that he could have gotten the dressing on the side. Other than that - all good.

   I’ve been a long-time customer since the days Victor owned Franco’s, but sadly, the quality has really declined. I've given the new management several chances, hoping things would improve, but this last visit sealed it for me. The pasta was bland and disappointing..completely lacking in flavor. It's disheartening to see a place that once had food fall so far. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

   This was our first time at Franco. We had a reservation and were seated right away. We were surprised that the restaurant was not busy on a Friday evening. Our server was Paola and she was very nice. She immediately asked if we wanted cocktails and gave us some time to decide. We ordered cocktails and then someone bright bruschetta. My husband had them and said it was tasty but might have been sitting awhile since the bread was a bit soggy. Paola went over the special before we ordered. The entrees come with roasted potatoes and peas and carrots. I ordered Pollo Marsala and asked if I could get pasta instead of potatoes and veggies. She said she’d ask if the chef would do that. My husband ordered pollo Francese with double potato’s. We didn’t have to wait long at all for our entrees to arrive. The portions were large and the food was tasty. I was surprised that there was no garlic bread or rolls. Which we enjoy with Italian food. We had to take home half our meals and were too full for dessert. I’m not sure we’ll go back.
