Francisca de Torres was Chef Manny's grandmother, who was also a Chef. She taught him the passion for hospitality and farmers market. At Francisca's we want to make people feel like at home, we offer the best quality ingredients. A la carte menu (salads, pastas, fish and steaks etc...) and Chef's choice 4 courses served family style. We are farm to table restaurant, Italian Venezuelan cuisine and we pair with international and local beers and wine.
