The food was absolutely incredible! We had a wonderful experience with the entire staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable. We will definitely return when we are back in town.

The food at Francis nor was there any apology. It was off putting. Overall though, it’s a great place with a cool vibe and delicious food.

Very poor food quality and none of our steaks were cooked how we ordered. Green beans were severely undercooked and the filet mignon looked like roadkill. None of it was served hot and the noise level was so high it was not possible to even speak to each other. We were so disappointed and will not be back.
Our waitress was great. Wore a mask which made me feel comfortable. Very attentive and friendly.
Food was very good. Didn’t get everything from order on first delivery but they fixed it quickly and everything tasted great. Service was quick and very friendly. Overall would highly recommend this place.

Met some friends for dinner, our table wasn't ready when we arrived due to current reservation hadn't left yet. Did not take long once they vacated the table to prep it for us. The service is a amazing and the food incredible. No complaints from our visit. Highly recommend it
The steaks we had were on spot with how they were cooked and seasoned. The green beans I could not finish, they had a bad taste and over cooked. The mash potatoes tasted sour or they had maybe ranch mixed in with it, not a good taste. Lobster tail wasn’t dripping with flavor, over cooked, and the melted butter wasn’t good with it. Asparagus was awsome! I believe they need some bread or something to help fill us up. Did not get full! The service was really good, they had a smile the whole time. Over all, was not worth the money. We spent just as much at Mountain Jacks, but had better food and was full.

Arrived at 5:00 . Easy parking. Appetizers and entrees were delicious. Made to perfection.

Really nice cocktails, veggies/greens very fresh and beef high quality. One in our party had the chicken wrap and said it was the best wrap she had ever had.

Every time the door opens you freeze. Drinks from bar took too long. 3 of us got our food and we were nearly done then the next 2 got theirs. The 6th person in our group finally got his. We were done with our food. One in our party asked for fries and got potatoes. Said they would bring fries and never did.
Food is delicious, service is also amazing. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

So glad I made reservations (which I rarely do) the place was busy and no open tables. Highly recommend make reservations. I had the Wagyu steak, it was delicious and tender. I didn't even need the steak knife they brought me. Flavor was superb and Mackenzie our server never missed a beat to see we had what was needed.
Francis & Mount was phenomenal! The food and service were both divine. They were so accommodating to special requests for the reservation too. The drinks and food were both on point - we had the filet mignon, green beans, and smashed potatoes (AMAZING). My boyfriend and I and our friends will definitely be back for drinks and dinner soon!
The food was wonderful. The staff was patient and helpful. Drinks were refilled before even needing to call wait staff over. It was not overpriced and it was a great night.
Was rushed to order as soon as we got drinks. Crab cakes mushy, steaks thought filet and strip, and servers and bartenders did not use masks when waiting on us

Used the open table app and was given two choices. Dining seating or bar seating. Made reservations about a week ago. So we ended up seated at the bar along with all over flow that came in without reservations. Also was on Saturday before Valentine’s Day. Not happy. Said something to the nice girl that seated us and advised a manager would speak to us. Didn’t happen either.
Excellent food, atmosphere and service. Restaurant is improving over time as it sorts out its audience and mission. They handled the (relative, given Covid) V-Day crush well. Staff is always friendly and polite.

Too high priced. Poor choice of chairs and tables. There is way to much defection in the floor (a construction term) really loud when walked over. Long time to get the food. Will never go back.

The menu was limited because of it being Valentine's Weekend, but the steak was done perfectly and was delicious. This was our first time there, but it definitely won't be the last!
My husband and I have been to Francis & Mount quite a few times now. We absolutely love it. The atmosphere, the food, the service. We have been telling all our friends and family about you guys & can’t wait to come back again!
