While the food was excellent but services was utterly disappointing. One server for the whole restaurant who could not keep up. The runners and other staff really didn’t help her. I asked several times for ice and finally just gave up. After asking several times for the check and sitting for 20 mins, I finally went up to the manager to please provide the check so we could leave. We went to celebrate a birthday but won’t be heading back in the near future.

My mans birthday dinner. Our server Amanda was attentive, professional while personable as well. The appetizers : Truffle Carpacio was just right and displayed beautifully. The steak tartare was displayed perfect with the yolk in the middle! I did find it a bit onion forward ( overwhelmed the meat flavor) My man ordered the filet mignon with fig reduction and artichokes. The mignon was melt in your mouth and the fig reduction - we could've eaten it with a spoon My overall favorite menu item were the french fries that came with m y NY strip. They were the best french fries I think we have ever had. Perfectly seasoned. The cut was just right. My steak was flavorful and tender; yet I think the star of the evening was the filet Mignon

Wow, we had a spectacular evening at Francine last night! It started with our wonderful server Teresa who knew the menu inside and out and didn't miss on any of her recommendations. Roasted Cauliflower, beef carpaccio, Blue prawns and Chefs table side Branzino, not to mention the RATATOUILLE! Crème Brulé and my husband's favorite vanilla ice cream, ganache, chocolate sauce! Device was impeccable and we will be back. Shout out to Teresa, top notch service along with all the staff!

Banquette seating in "Library" area was quieter than in main dining and bar area. Excellent wine and entree choices, with attentive service.

10/10 service! Extremely kind and attentive server. They actually noticed that our steak was a bit undercooked and took it upon themselves to come over and offer to correct it without having to say anything. Phenomenal service to anticipate our needs before we have to ask!

We love visiting when in we’re in town. Great to see familiar friendly serving staff and the food was to the same wonderful standard.
