   The food is really exceptional The service was great and the price is reasonable. However the only issue is the noise level is amazingly high. This restaurant really need an acoustics treatment - even without music the noise level was very very high

   Muy buen lugar, las pastas son extraordinarias y el pato genial. Nos tocó sentarnos en el salón de atrás, no me encantó ese salón. La música de fondo creo que podría mejorar.

   I very much enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The service was phenomenal, all employees were attentive and kind. The duck is a must try.

   We’ve had an amazing dinner, thanks to a top notch service. We came to experience Francie with the NYC restaurant week. Dishes were excellent, there was also a dedicated wine by the glass menu, that was very appealing. The only downside is the level of noise. Unfortunately, that has nothing to do with the service or the cuisine but it was exhausting. I want to go back but I’m hesitant because of that. But bravo to the kitchen and the whole staff, excellent!

   We went to Francie for the restaurant week special. We added some oysters which were fresh and prepared perfectly. We got one of each appetizer, salad, artichokes, and consume. The artichokes were our favorite. They were lightly battered and nice and crispy. The dipping sauce with smoked trout roe was incredible. The salad and consume were also extremely tasty. The main course pasta was delicious and spicy. We also had a fish and chips. The batter on the fish was light and the fish was cooked perfectly. The French fries were some of the best we've ever had. For dessert, we had one carrot cake which was moist and not too sweet. The lychee ice cream was incredible. The chocolate dessert was also delicious. We added the cheese course and the assortment was very nice and the cheeses were at perfect ripeness. Would definitely go back again to try the duck! Highly recommend!!!

   Francie is a nice restaurant. The food is good, but overpriced. The duck was very nice but the portion way too small given the price of the dish. The cheese plate - still not cheap - does not come with bread… the salad was missing a lot of greens. The canele with the foie gras was interesting but too much bending on the sugary side. The food is generally good (not great) and the atmosphere very nice - service was good ( albeit too fast) but it is too expensive for the quality and quantity. Will not return.
