   I had dinner at the Penthouse and we had great time! Fabulous food, great service and amazing view. Highly recommend it! And we will definitely be back next time we are in Paris. See you soon.

   Overall very happy with the meal and experience. Just a couple of issues, the first was no serving spoons with our meal so sides had to be juggled onto our main plates. The other and most annoying was seeing others that came in after us being served first and the wine we ordered didn’t arrive until half way through the meal. If they brush up on these easily rectifiable points, they will improve customer experience so much more.

   The view of the Eiffel Tower from Francette is hard to top. I’m glad the food and service complements the view. It would be easy for a restaurant to lack good service or quality because people may just be there to enjoy the view however Francette did not disappoint.

    Francette est LE rdv à Paris, une carte de cocktails renversante, un personnel à l'écoute et de bon conseil, la pomme de terre fondante puis la boullabaisse suivi du chou vanille caramel: un sans faute surtout pour profiter de la meilleure vue sur la tour Eiffel pour des prix assez raisonnables, je reviendrais!

    I booked this restaurant for a college friend reunion in Paris ! We had so much fun at Francette. The food was amazing especially the tempura of prawns and the blanquette of poultry ! The service was professional but friendly, the barmaid even offered us some shot ! A MUST TRY in Paris !!!

    I had proposed at Eiffel Tower and hoped to have a celebratory lunch. This place was old, dirty and there was no service. We sat for 10min and no one took even a drink order. It was not busy but the 4 servers were more interested talking to each other than serving guests.

    If you want the ideal French dining experience this is the restaurant for you. The view of the Tower was magnificent. The food was excellent and service spot on. Came here for my 70th birthday and this restaurant did not disappoint.

    Francette was a very mixed bag because the food was extremely good and the view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing but the service was very poor. We waited over 40 minutes just to be given the menus or a glass of water and even then we had to flag someone down to get the menus. You would have thought after that, the servers would have tried to make sure we received prompt attention but that was not the case. Service was especially slow and hard to get the whole night. So even though the food was very good, the bad service just made the whole meal unpleasant and we would not return. Also, you can only see the Eiffel Tower if you sit outside and they do not have heating lamps, so do not plan on the view if it is a cold night and you need to eat indoors.

    Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Our family ate lunch and had cocktails while taking in the view of the Eiffel Tower. What a treat for our first day! The restaurant is a boat docked off the Seine River with indoor and rooftop seating. The staff was kind, helpful in explaining the different food choices and overall the service was great. The food was delicious and the food portions are medium sized similar to bar/small bite food. I ordered the pulled duck sandwich with fries. If you don’t mind soaking up the sun from the rooftop this spot is a place for you, otherwise sit inside.

    We were surprised that the fine dining was not open, we sat up on the top deck and had “street food”. The oysters were not good. The bottle of Chardonnay was weak. We will not be going back. The view of the Eiffel was spectacular. Have a drink and leave!

    The service was so slow - we finished our dinner and sat there for 50 minutes, to which our plates were not cleared and we couldn’t even order another drink. At that point we paid via the QR code and left. Lovely view but ruined by the service unfortunately.

    A group of us went to Francette’s to celebrate my wife’s birthday while in Paris. The views it offers to see the Eiffel Tower are unparalleled. The service was what you can expect from a European restaurant. The entrees where delicious and the dessert where outstanding. I will definitely come back on my next visit.

    If you want to sit beside the Eiffel Tower with unobstructed views and eat something, then sure this is fine. Food is not great. Only so-so. Once you compare it to other meals in Paris, I wouldn’t come here for the food at all. Service is shockingly terrible. If you sit outside the walls that the tables are up against are not clean, I recommend wiping them down yourself, lest you dirty your coat/clothes.

    As per the expectations and other reviews. Champagne selection limited, a bit pricey but you are in Paris. The cod fish really excellent while the veal casserole was overcooked and the restaurant didn't take any compensation action.

    A wonderful experience overall. We ate in the Penthouse. Relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff, wonderful food (I recommend the Mont Blanc for dessert it was amazing!), and an amazing setting. Would highly recommend.

    It was a good restaurant, but it’s very cold to sit outside in the winter. So if you want to see the Eiffel Tower dress very warm or sit inside and you can’t see it inside. Good was good especially the veal stew
