    We had reservations at 6 for the patio. We got there and were seated inside as they didn't see patio on their end. We were also celebrating a birthday and the dessert was not complimentary as advertised. The creme brulee was over cooked and a solid custard, not soft on the inside. We also specifically came to this location for their buck a shuck oysters, and they were sold out when we got there at 6.

    I visited Fox and Fiddle in downtown Toronto for my birthday Sat July 6th. Overall, the experience was just okay. We were seated near the bathroom, which led to some disturbances due to a queue and loud noises. Although the DJ played good music, the overall ambiance was affected by this. The food, particularly the chicken and waffles, was average and didn’t meet my expectations. On a positive note, we were entertained by a magician which helped pass the time while waiting for our food. Also we were offer mimosas on a carafe after the second round of orders. We assume it was for the waiter to avoid many trips and then we were charged over $50 for them. It felt misleading. I won't wouldn't choose to visit again.

    We had an awesome time , celebrated my Uncle’s birthday here and Fate was very sweet and did a great job as usual . This place has become my favourite and my friends and relatives love it as usual now .

    Service was terrible. From reception the lady allowed cutters to cut seems like they were friends or something. Then it was raining we asked to be transferred inside they said no but later on a bigger table outside went inside party of 6 we were only 4. Food is okay but for value the wings I got I’d rather go to hooters.

    Had to wait for our reserved table after listening to people without a reservation ahead of us get seated. Was then Taken to a seating that was 2 couches and a coffee table (which would be great for just chilling and having drinks but not for eating). They did get us another proper table. Staff who hosted and sat us were very unfriendly and cold. Server was nice but not very attentive. Food was good, nothing great. Overall experience was nothing wonderful. Many better options in that area of Toronto. The patio did have nice views of the CN Tower. Won’t be a spot that I see revisiting.

    The table assigned was so isolated in the corner that I was missing all the ambience. The server took forever to check on us so we had to order from other servers or assistants. I understand that it was a busy night but taking 45 minutes to get us water is just too much and OMG the washrooms were disgusting!!!!!!!. Sad cause this used to be my go to spot

    Always a wonderful place for date night. Staff remains friendly and helpful, and the calamari was perfect (i.e. no chewy bits). We'll definitely be back!

    We went with our kids before the lion king play. The food was just ok. We had the steak, chicken burger, salad and wings. Nothing to rave about. The salad was made incorrectly and sent back. There was a mistake with our appetizer (they forgot an extra piece we asked for) and the manager asked if we were all planning on having a piece). Not sure why that matters…obviously we asked for an extra piece for a reason. The music was really loud and could barely talk to people at the table. We did not feel welcome with kids there. The staff seemed a bit snobby and not “friendly with a smile”. Probably won’t be back again.
