   Volume inside the restaurant was so loud you weren’t able to hear the person beside you. The volume on the patio wasn’t as loud but for 7:30 pm on Mother’s Day way too loud. Service was horrible. It wasn’t busy, drinks and food took an incredibly long time to arrive. Waitress was fake, inattentive, not knowledgeable, or helpful. When food arrived fries were lukewarm, Burgers were dry. Very underwhelming. “Fresh” fries were made for us after tracking the waitress down. Fresh meaning the tipp layer were hotter then the previous fries but rest of bowl was lukewarm/cold. Very pleasant manager stopped by table when the meal was done to address the cold fries. Unfortunately that didn’t make up for the mediocre food. Or the inattentive and luck lustre service. The cold Creme Brulee was also a disappointment. Would have let the server know but she never checked on us.The absolutely filthy bathrooms were the kicker. How other customers misuse the bathroom isn’t the restaurants fault. But by the overflowing garbage cans, the almost empty soap dispenser and the wet dirty floors and counter showed a lack of attention to cleanliness which totally is. Hostess was apologetic and appreciative when told about the bathrooms. But it was to little to late. Bad service, mediocre off temperature food and a dirty establishment. Said it all’

   Great food and good value for money. It was way too loud!! They should restrict the DJ to evenings only.

   Good restaurant. Reservation was for 6 pm. We were attending the theatre. Did not get seated until 6.15. This was an inconvenience.

   Our server Lawrence was increible!! Nice. Helpful. Lawrence was amazing. The hostess not so much. I had made a reservation in the patio. There were multiple tables when we arrived. We requested a table with full sun exposure. She was extremely condescending as if it was an inconvenience to switch tables. She was snotty and condescending. Blond girl. We will go back but this hostess needs to understand customer service.

   Went on a Thursday before a show at the Royal Alexander. Excellent location directly across from the theatre. TGIT was in effect and prices were very reasonable. Food and drinks were very good and service was on point. The place is very loud with a DJ but we knew this and enjoyed the hip vibe. We will definitely go here again pre-show.

   We went for the bottomless brunch and mimosas, it was our first time out in over a year as we are parents of 3 with a4 month old. I loved the atmosphere, we were seated outside and although it was a cooler day, the fire made it quite comfortable. Our server was very kind but I'm my opinion had too many tables and couldn't be as attentive to when our plates were empty and the food came out pretty slowly which would have really upset me if they'd enforced the time limit but they didn't thankfully. One thing we didn't notice until the next day is that we ended up tipping 40% so the whole experience cost us $180 for 2 and I'm on mat leave so that felt pretty sickening to me. You'd think the server would remind us that there's an automatic gratuity when handing us the card reader. I enjoyed the experience but it wasn't worth almost $200 however that's our mistake, just seems sneaky to put a tip option in when you have already included it.

   We have come for the Bottomless brunch a few times and this is by far the worst. The food wasn’t as good, came out super slowly, sometimes cold and not as good tasting, and we felt ignored. The first plates we get were 2 plates for a table of 6. We had to wait at least 10 mins for more food. How are 6 people splitting 2 plates? Should have just brought nothing until there was more to offer. Furthermore not impressed with the service this time. What’s the point asking if you’re celebrating anything when servers don’t do anything special. There were at least 3 birthdays while we were eating and when I went to ask a server if we could do something for my husband’s birthday (we saw the big sign come out) she very snarkily just said that’s for bottles. No offer to do anything else. Thats so sad when we watched cake and signed and sparklers go out for multiple tables but not for my husband. I will really have think twice about returning here. It was a fave spot we recommended to lots of our friends but not anymore.

   went for my birthday last night! they switched our seating to better accommodate us since it was so crowded. The staff was were so nice. They danced and sang with us all through the night. The food was good & the drinks were hitting. The dj played good songs, had everyone there dancing all night. Everyone had a blast. 10/10 experience

    Honestly the place is great! The atmosphere is a vibe! Service is good. Were enjoyed our meals & drinks but when we asked for dessert we were told another group needed our table so we were unable to order and had to pay our bill and leave. We weren’t even there for a full hour. It was not a way we hoped to end our anniversary dinner.
