Was sat at a filthy booth. Both bench and table were nasty. Both had crumbs/food and grease spots. Not very clean at all. Took forever for anyone to acknowledge us for even a drink order. Will not be back.
We drive to Dayton to visit our granddaughter and her boyfriend. We treated them to a meal at this restaurant. The food was very good. The service was great.
Dropped my business card in their hopper to win some free wings. The event manager was very polite. Great pool tables miniature shuffleboard and darts, good ambience, good food and good service.
I think that $10/hour to play ping pong is a bit high. However, we arrived with six kids, and our waitress was definitely tolerant of us for a Saturday night.

We had a group of 8 on a not-very-crowded Wednesday evening. Our server would take and deliver a couple people's order for drinks (water, alcohol, whatever) before even asking the others what they wanted. She took all our food orders at once, but it came out at 4 different times. The first group was done before I ever got my sandwich, and I was almost done before my daughter ever got her sandwich. Ridiculous and NO effort to make it right by offering us a free meal for my daughter, or at least a free dessert! I was even charged an extra $2 for a drink I didn't get. By that point, it was easier to pay the extra and get out. I won't be going back soon.
Inattentive staff, dirty, just not a good experience
Not super busy. We were a four top, it took us over an hour from order to food. Multiple times when no staff were visible in the restaurant, including bartender. No idea what they were all doing, definitely not serving their customers. I won’t go back.
Service was great. Food was great. The only negative comment I would make would be about a patron at the bar area that was yelling the F word at the football games. Clearly he was intoxicated. But it was 5:30, not 9pm. There families sitting close enough to hear. Jack wagons like that need to be asked to leave.
We had a group of 8. We waited more than an hour for food. Had issues getting drink refills. When the food did come out, they didn't bring 3 meals out and the rest was cold. 2 people in our party never got their food and just left. When we asked for a manager, the manager refused to come out of the kitchen. They ended up comping our whole bill but the manager never did come out.

Had a large group on a Saturday evening. F&H was the only place that would take a reservation on this day. Service was very slow even though they didn't seem to be very busy. Food was very good.
Great lunch after graduation at Wright State! Server was excellent and very attentive for a group of ten.
Great sports bar and good menu. Beer carte current with solid standards.
Had a great time with friends and the food and service was great. We would go back again.
When my family arrived, we had a reservation but no one at the host stand. We had a server tell us to just anywhere we would like. After doing so, we had a server named Chelsea take care of us. She was delightful and did a great job. Food was a bit pricey for the quality that we received. Fries were cold, shrimp portion very small, but the burgers were fantastic! Overall a good experience but still needs “Fine Tuning”. Would recommend a visit during the week and avoid the weekend!
Their ads made it sound like they were having something huge for NY eve. It was practically empty. They didn’t even seat us - told us to sit where want. Made the reservations unnecessary. The place was burning hot - we were using menus to fan ourselves. We ate and decided to ring in new year elsewhere. When we were leaving at 10:30 they were already taking balloons down.
Service was very slow and they were not busy. Food was very expensive and was not quality to price. Took repeating things and wait times were awful. We were there early on NYE and trust me it wasn’t because of the holiday.... it got busier later.
Good food but always horrible service!!! It’s beyond frustrating. I come back for the food but your lucky to get out under 2 hours. Never had good service. But I can say the food is good.

Not crowded at all on a Friday at 6. That should've been our first clue. This place has gone downhill in the past few years. The food was okay at most and the service was SLOOOOOW... Which was ridiculous considering there was no one there!
The booths were falling apart. The apps ( pretzels and spin dip) were good. The burgers were burnt. My buffalo bites were chewy and burnt. Overall food was not edible.
We were able to get a last minute reservation on the weekend for a party of nine. Lots of fun!

They lost our reservation. So we had to wait over half an hour. I made these reservations days in advance and got a confirmation email and everything....and they lost our reservation. Then upon asking to speak with the manager they refused. How awful does your customer service have to be?!
Food was a good solid average, no complaints. Atmosphere was very good. Although restaurant was busy it is large and didn't feel crowded. We were told by phone they don't accept reservations for parties less than 10. This is confusing as Open Table accepted a reservation for three. This is a good place, don't be afraid to give it a try.
As soon as our party arrived, we were greeted and shown to our table. Our waitress did a great job throughout our whole lunch. Food was delicious and we will definitely be back soon.
I've received two emails today in regards to the reservations I made Saturday night (12/2). I would put a "0" star for my overall experience, but that's not an option.
Not necessarily my primary pick for a night out, but I was elated that they had open reservations that evening.
That was until we arrived and I was told by the young man that there was a 45-min wait even with the reservation I had made. I told him that they shouldn't be on open table or do reservations if they aren't going to monitor their customer flow with reservations. So we left.
the food is okay, but like other restaurants they do get busy. Definitely don't rely on making a reservation if you have a special night out planned. If this is the case go to one of the other restaurants nearby.
I did relay this experience to friends, but have yet to make any other comments on yelp or other social media outlets.
