   Great view and ambiance Wine list needs a lot of work !!! Better options for appetizers and soups and salads Has so much potential

   We had an amazing time our waitress was so sweet and we are so glad we stayed for the midnight festivities on New Years Eve! Our food was delicious and the drinks were amazing! Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

   First I will say that we have been to Fourteen several times before new years eve and always enjoyed the restaurant and the food was excellent. However New Years was disappointing. The view and ambiance was great but the food was mediocore, the lobster was overcooked and very small, my dessert was tasteless. My husband's tuna tartar appetizer was good but was very very minimal also. We did mention this to the server and not sure if it was mentioned to the chef but we noticed he did visit several other tables during the night. As to the value this three course meal did not meet my expectations of $90 per person. I am not sure at this time if I would recommend Thirteen.

   The service was not good at all! We were there for almost 4 hours for a set menu! We waited half an hour after we finished dinner to even order our dessert and coffee and when my husband got his crème Brûlée it was missing the raspberries. When asked where they were. She answered oh must have run out don’t know… enjoy! The view and ambiance was fantastic for New Year’s Eve but I will not be back… the food was fair… and the service was awful 😞

   We enjoyed our dining experience right from the beginning with the coat check to dessert. Our waiter was outstanding and very personable. I’ve already recommended the experience to friends and family. Looking forward to returning

   Took my wife here for her 30th birthday and it was the perfect end to a big day of celebrating! The food was great, service was attentive and knowledgeable with menu info and suggestions, and the view can't be beat. Would definitely recommend making a reservation for a romantic occasion and I'm planning to visit again soon! Thanks for a wonderful mean!

    This was simultaneously the worst and most expensive dining experience I’ve ever had. We arrived for our reservation, watched the hostess offer coat check to the guests in front of us, but not us. When we were sat at a table, the waiter came and took our drink order, which took a long time to receive, despite the restaurant not being busy. He came back to take our order, so we asked about the specials and he just “I don’t know what they are”, then finally left to go check. We ordered chicken and steak, both of which were awful. The waiter even advised my partner that he would need salt and pepper for the steak, implying the seasoning was poor. My chicken was so incredibly bland, the potatoes were undercooked and overall the food was terrible. The manager came over and we let him know the chicken was bad, as I didn’t finish it. He comp’ed our dessert, which was we also bad. There was a group of men at the bar just standing around being very loud and a live musician who made it impossible to hear my partner speaking to me. The vibe was that of a cheap sports bar rather than a high end restaurant. I’ve had better dining experiences at substantially more affordable restaurants, both from a food and service perspective. Definitely will not be going back or recommending, which is a shame given that I had been eager to try this restaurant for so long.

    I am sorry for your bad experience, and had you brought these issues up at that time, we could have moved your table to a quieter area and replaced your food. Our restaurant shows 96% would strongly recommend us and we have an almost perfect star rating .. however we understand that we make mistakes and will always strive to improve. I am always saddened when people find time to write bad reviews but never have time to discuss during dining. Thank you & best of luck Joe Mikhail
