Had reservations. Had an open table. Took 15 minutes to set up table. After that all OK.
Food excellent except fried rice. Dry and no taste.
Service was great and the food was absolutely incredible!! The fried spring rolls and tofu (made in house) blew my mind!
Great service, great food! Highly recommend it! You must try the Bao buns with the pork belly! Delicious.
This was a fun dinner. We kept the menu and kept ordering. We had the lemongrass tofu, which was amazing. My favorite dish by far. It is housemade, tastes super fresh, has a wonderful texture and flavor. We both had drinks. I had the lychee 75. It didn’t have a big lychee taste. My husband ordered the Vyvy. We both loved it. It has a Thai chili, ginger beer, and TX whiskey. It was a great mix of flavors. We also had the egg coffee for dessert and the Good Morning Vietnam. We didn’t like these very much. The egg coffee was not served hot. I didn’t get a great coffee flavor from the martini-like Good Morning Vietnam. I would ask for traditional Vietnamese coffee next time. We had amazing service and sat on the patio, which was nice. We also had the caramelized ribs and added sausage. They were really good. We used the sauce from the tofu for the rice in this dish. We kept the siricha, chili oil, and chili paste from our first dish and added their flavors to other dishes, The pork belly bao was really good. We wanted to add pork belly to our last dish but the waiter wasn’t sure we could. I think we had the beef on the stir fried pho noodles. Looking back, I wish we had skipped this dish, had it first and/or added tofu. The texture of these noodles was odd to me. I don’t think I’ll have the pho noodles again. I would definitely have the other dishes again. We had a great experience and can’t wait to return!! The restaurant is small and open with a small bar and patio. There were people waiting when we arrived. We had made a reservation as we walked to the restaurant and were glad we did. I don’t remember if it was the same for the Dungeness crab and the lobster. For at least one of these dishes, we were told they had to be pre-ordered.
Amazing drinks and dinner. Staff is excellent. Great evening out!
This was my third time to eat here. It is my go-to restaurant for fresh, authentic Vietnamese food after living for four years in Vietnam. The best appetizers are the Mom's Fried Shrimp and the Wings. I also love the crab fried rice and it is worth it to reserve a steamed crab (to share) in advance. Everything is good, and I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
Loved the experience, can't wait to bring more friends to share a meal!
Great! Good and drinks were amazing!
Absolutely fabulous! Delicious!! Everything on the menu is delicious!!!
Excellent food and service. Loved the shaken beef.
Four Sisters is one of those restaurants I could eat at everyday and never get tired of it. First of all the cocktails are amazing. The old fashion is lip smacking delicious and it pares so beautifully with the food. We generally get a variety of appetizers. Their bao buns are the best. Get the pork belly baos . You have to try the wings. Both varieties are outstanding. Their fried tofu is excellent. It’s hands down the best tofu I have ever eaten. I could keep going but I can sum it up by saying everything I have tried at Four Sisters has been wonderful. Try the shaken beef, so good. And top all that off with great service and you have a delightful and delicious place to dine. I couldn’t give it a higher recommendation. Just go try it. You will be hooked.
Fantastic dinner. They sold out of our usual favorites (crab, lobster) so we tried the caramelized spare ribs- delish! Taste like mom's, but better. Service was friendly and efficient. Thank you to the staff for masking and ALWAYS looking out for the customers.
Consistently great food and service. A neighborhood fave.
Everything was great. The food was outstanding and the staff very friendly and helpful to first-timers.
Wonderful staff as well as deliciously presented and tasting food.
Had a reservation, arrived and no tables were available. Had to sit at the bar to eat. Ordered two items off the menu and they were out at 7pm. Including Pho! Won’t go back
Awesome spot! Creative food and wonderful service!
Fresh and delicious. Great service. Great atmosphere. Loved it!
Great meal, but restaurant was not crowded. Hoping everyone continues to support the area business.
This was our second time to eat at Four Sisters. We had been craving it ever since our first visit a few weeks ago. Family of four with two kiddos, 6 yr & 9 yr. I recommend the summer rolls to get going (they take like 2-3 minutes to come out). Wings & shrimp are great to share, and kids like them. Grilled pork a hit (it’s a tad salty for me, but not going to stop me from getting it again). Shaken beef tenderloin was excellent. Egg coffee after dinner (I got mine w whiskey) to top it all off. We look forward to going back so we can try more menu items and get our favs again. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly, excellent service all around.
Delicious! Delightful! Delovely! A unique and most enjoyable dining establishment in a wonderful part of Fort Worth that is in the process of re-thinking itself.
Really enjoyed that it was designed to share. The food had a very good taste and came out hot. Service was excellent with good recommendations.
We went to Four Sisters for the first time Saturday but had been planning on trying it for months. With reservations, we were seated promptly. Our server did an excellent job of explaining the menu and making suggestions. (He was male with a beard, but can't remember his name.) We had the Fried Wings which were delicious and a generous portion. They were "nicely spicy." The Vietnamese Cabbage Salad was tasty but smaller than we anticipated. Then came the Shaken Beef Tenderloin. The flavor was outstanding, but I would have enjoyed the watercress salad it came on if it had not been wilted. It was limp, long pieces that had to be cut to eat. I didn't think to ask how it was cooked and it was in the medium well realm. I did ask our waiter if next time we could order it medium-rare. He said sure and that it came medium.
The restaurant is a nice clean Asian feel to it and again we would only change one thing. My husband noticed they kept repeating the same song or two over and over. But we'll be back! And I do wish they had fresh spring rolls on the menu!
Went with my fiancé for valentines dinner and food was out in great time, had fantastic service, and the food was absolutely fantastic!
Great menu...so many choices. Servers are friendly and attentive, and the food is wonderful.
Wonderful, personalized take on Vietnamese food. Everyone is invested in a quality experience, from the wait staff to the chefs.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is amazing!!! I’ll be back and I’m bringing friends.
Four Sisters is one of our favorite restaurants in Fort Worth. Small enough to feel intimate with a menu that provides several delicious options without overwhelming the diner. Our server let us know that now they have been open a year they moved some special items over to the menu full-time. Definitely worth asking about those when you come in. The beef pho is perfect for cold days and the noodle dishes are quite filling. Highly recommend one of their many starters -- we got the calamari and it did not disappoint. The beer selection on tap is limited, but they support local breweries. When we went they had Rahr and Martin House on tap.
Really liked the people and the food .... the only criticism I can come up with is they could stand a greater variety as in selection of entrees. Definitely a repeat!
Just was not that good
Four Sisters helped us enjoy the most AMAZING New Year's Eve! The food and service was fabulous, there seemed to be some table confusion, but that gave us time to view and observe the place for our first time visit. It certainly won't be our last.
Such a great ambiance and umami at its best!
Overall this was a nice experience. Arrived at 5:30p and there was a lot of staff at the bar, which was a bit awkward. Once it got busy, they were spread out and was fine. Food was well executed, and good drinks too. Still felt like there was some room for improvement with overall execution, but given how long it has been open, it was a nice date night.
Appetizer wings were really good, as was the pork vermicelli dish.
I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with this place. It’s rare to find a crew that has so much respect for the craft and commitment to making a menu truly from scratch. Waiters were warm and attentive. 10/10 make sure to try the tofu and Vietnamese coffee.
Our first time dining at Four Sisters and we were pleasantly surprised.
Delicious food and fantastic service.....we will be back for sure
The crab fried rice was really good, but the Leslie cocktail was amazing! Very unique. I’ll be back!
Service was poor, food was tasty but small servings. Husband became ill overnight after dinner.
