   Overall a pretty underwhelming experience. The food was a mixed bag, out bread was freshly baked and delicious, two of us shared a coconut shrimp toast starter which was very rich and stodgy but tasty in small bites. We had two children dining in our party and they had a pretty dry Burger on toast and chips. Two of our party had a shrimp pasta main dish with a tomato sauce that was very good. I had a coconut chicken with rice and beans which was nice, however my side dishes arrived 10 minutes before the food came out so were cold by the time I was able to eat them. Very strange to bring them out when the food clearly wasn’t ready! One of us had a bacon wrapped fillet steak that arrived 10 minutes after everyone else’s main dish and agin the chips to accompany the dish had been on the table 15 minutes before the steak eventually arrived. Also no sauce was offered or recommended with the steak when ordering so was quite dry and salty with the bacon. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly but cleared two of our main course plates away whilst myself and my mother were still eating our main dishes and also cleared my mothers chips away whilst she was still eating. My wife is more of a foodie than me and she was very underwhelmed with the food and labelled the overall dining experience as “very strange”. We had a bottle of very nice Prosecco with the meal but at $65 a bottle you’d expect it to be. After the debacle of the main courses we decided against deserts. My summary was overpriced food, enthusiastic but poorly trained and delivered service.

   Four Flamingos was a great place to celebrate a very special occasion. The service was quick, our server was top notch, and the food was incredible! Highly recommend the Florida Seafood Moqueca.

   Restaurant was very loud due to shouting tables and our server had a very thick accent so it was difficult to understand and hear him at the same time. The food, however, was amazing. Would repeat for the menu alone.

    Wife and Kids were in town for DisneyWorld. We went to dinner to celebrate my wife and me’s anniversary. We looked up lobster on yelp and were soooo lucky to find this gem.

    We typically eat at high end restaurants to avoid allergy complications and were deeply disappointed. The evening started early and we were one of the first tables to be seated - not a busy night at the restaurant. I had provided allergy information both on the Open Table app and in person. With each course, we confirmed the allergies with the servers. As I was walking out of the restaurant, I became violently ill in nearby bushes. I continued to be sick into the next day. When spending over $400 for 3 people, I expect a higher level of allergy safeguards. Unacceptable.

    Everything my husband and I ordered was amazing! The staff is top notch, had a pleasant time. We ordered the raviolo and the bacon wrapped filet. My favorite overall was the chef special octopus ceviche. I will be dreaming about it for a long time! Can’t wait to come back!

    My fiancé and I travel a lot and we like to try different restaurants. This has been one of the best surprises we have had, this restaurant is so unique in favour and the place itself makes me feel in a movie. But the best part of it is there chefs specially Ernesto and Ariel, on our way out we thank them for the delicious food and they took their time to talk to us, explain the flavours and even saw them make food. This resultant is a gem!

    We ate here a year ago and everything was fabulous. Unfortunately this restaurant has gone way down hill . Service was nonexistent. Food was mediocre at best. Management did not care. We will not return here again.

    Food was horrible. Pieces were outlandish. We waited sooooo long for our food. Our server Mark was super nice and attentive. He is the only decent thing about this place.

    Server David was great. Bar out front a little busy but working hard! Good variety on the menu and a little more good than we could finish. Shared crab appetizer and acorn squash salad (really good together) plus separate entrees - really good.

    We were given the worst table by the kitchen for our date despite the restaurant being half empty. After requesting to be moved to a quiet location, the experience was nice. Food was elevated without too much fuss. Service was friendly but lacked refinement for the price (having to ask for cutlery between service), water not being refilled, etc… decor is nice. Overall expensive for what it is but the decor is nice for a quiet evening.

    Server blamed kitchen for delay in entrée coming out- Manager inquired a little food/service but did nothing to show it really mattered. $22 for an Od Fashion?? Very disappointed- was excited to try and will not be returning.

    Brunch at Four Flamingos was a meal to remember. I know, it's brunch... How memorable could it be? Well for starters, Chef Richard Blais was there. He is by far the most approachable and humble celebrity I've ever met. And considering I lived in Los Angeles, that's a long list! Now on to the food. It was perfection. The short rib was tender and flavorful, all of the seafood was the freshest you can imagine, the Scotch egg was cooked perfectly, and the guava and goat cheese tart was ethereal. Our server, Riva, was attentive and friendly along with the rest of the staff. This is the second time we visited Four Flamingos and both times came away with a terrific experience!

    Amazing meal with excellent service. Chef Blais was there and it was such a wonderful experience all around. He is clearly so hands on with his restaurants and his affable and warm nature is reflected in his staff, the environment and most importantly the food. Have plans to go back in a couple of weeks with friends and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about going!

    2.5 hours for two glasses of wine, a small plate and two entrees. I don’t mind a leisurely dinner but it was really bad. Our server was doing his best with the bar and outside area but it took over an hour to even get our starter. The food was good. Ribeye skewers, lobster ravioli and shrimp bucatini plus 4 glasses of wine for $199. It seemed like everyone around us who complained got a free dessert. We didn’t bother to complain, it was clear it was not a good night but some kind of comp would have been nice. I wouldn’t return even if the service was great. A lot of other great options.

    This was our first visit, and everything was incredible. We were regulars at Hemingways, which used to occupy this space at the Hyatt Grand Cypress and we always loved it - and based on our first visit, we will love Four Flamingos even more!
