    Came here first on a whim and was pleasantly impressed. The food is delicious- any seafood you order will be cooked to perfection. Love that you get all the little Blais touches on the various dishes. The drinks are delicious and well-crafted, warm buttery bread, yucca fries…. Save room for dessert. We loved it so much we came back on our return trip, and were fortunate enough to have Mike as our server both times. He’s fabulous. My fave spot in Orlando for a fun, sorta fancy dinner.

    I get that we are at a resort therfore prices are going to be higher but for what we received the price was ridiculous. The food was pretty good but it was definitely a one time visit. Would I go again?? No. We have had better food in Olympia on the waterfront at half the price.

    Good expreience overall, but we wouldn't have known it was a Blais project. We started with cocktails - The Filthy Flamingo and Get Toasted. Both drinks were tasty and well made. They paired well with our first appetizer, the Tuna Tostada. The tuna was very fresh and the whole dish was flavorful. We then ordered a bottle of red wine, Righetti Amarone, and enjoyed it with three "snacks" - Oxtail & Foie Gras Empanada, Ribeye Pinchos, and Pork Belly. There is only one empanada but it is quite large. The empanada was one of my favorite things the whole night - rich and meaty. The pastry shell is a lard based crust. Wonderful! Ribeye pinchos (two small skewers) are served medium rare and come with a house steak sauce. Also wonderful! The pork belly come with three pieces - this was the first let-down. The sauce was tasty but the pork need at least another hour and some more seasoning. For dinner we ordered the whole fish - this night it was red snapper. This was the biggest disappointment of the evening. The skin was crispy and tasty and the sides were great, but the fish was WAY overcooked. FYI the banana leaf grits were very good and very sweet from the coconut - if you don't like coconut (or are allergic) this would not be obvious from the menu (really reminded me of a sweet poi - which I like). Along with dinner we order a bottle of Mylonas; the wine list is well edited and has an excellent selection of bottles to choose from. For dessert we order the Cuban Espresso Panna Cotta and the Cocount Rum Trifle. The house added the Chocolate Banana Marquis for my birthday. All three were excellent. The restaurant is pretty and a bit tucked back from the hotel. Valet is included with stamp by the host stand. The waitstaff are professional and well-trained. They do their best to make sure you have a good dinner. My complaints are the WAY overcooked fish and it just didn't feel like Blais was a contributor to the menu - nothing really new or innovative.

    My family and I went here to celebrate my 30th birthday and everything was amazing! The food was incredible and the atmosphere was great. Definitely child friendly, as well. We will absolutely be back.

    Great ambiance. Food is well presented but tries too hard…it looks better than it tastes. Several of the dishes had strange flavor combinations that didn’t work well — we didn’t Drinks are good and service was friendly and attentive but it felt like they were rushing us out.

    My boyfriend and I had a WONDERFUL dinner experience at Four Flamingos. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we knew that this place was special. The service was truly top-notch; Dana was fantastic and explained the vision and menu of F.F. so well. We can’t praise the food enough!! It was a one-of-a-kind meal and we enjoyed every minute of it. The Seafood Moqueca & the Bacon-Wrapped Filet were both outstanding dishes that we will continue to rave about until we dine here again!     This is a food destination for sure. Loved the empanada and whole lobster. The server suggest having the lobster two ways and it was fantastic. Nice view, beautiful setting.

    Absolutely beautiful restaurant. The food is Devine! The only hiccup was our server left in the middle of serving us. Nobody knew where he was and someone else finished serving us. Other than that it’s definitely worth dining at this restaurant. Everything was delicious!

    My wife and I went twice during the course of one weekend because the first impression was so goo. They have exceptional service, and the food is wonderful and original. I recommend the Whole Fish or the Cauliflower Steak (for the vegans).

    First time since Hemingway’s was replaced. Hard to swallow a new place, but sure glad we did! It was fantastic! Food was modern, highest quality, cooked perfectly.. never had a bone in tuna steak- wow, and the citrus sauce. The oysters with the nitrogen frozen pepper pineapple “pearl” were perfect. Scallop ceviche - so tender. Even the cauliflower steak won us . We were too full for dessert. Our server Jeanne was wonderful, too. Had worked there /Hemingway’s 30+ years- says a lot. Btw the wine was nicely priced by bottle , but had some nice by glass choices too. Live when there r 3 or 4 sparkling choices, too. Going again tomorrow to try more items !

    the bread, Parker rolls were excellent. I had hearts of palm Caesar salad which was good but had to wait a bit for salt and pepper which I like on salads. I don’t know why it was not on the table or offered. Ordered appetizers for dinner. the steak kabobs which came out overcooked originally but they replaced it and it was better. The steak comes with a type of A1 sauce on the side which I didn’t like at all. The pork belly was tasty and the coconut rice was too crunchy and the black beans were undercooked and hard. Don’t know if it was an off day for the cook. Had the espresso panna cotta for dessert which was good. Overall I wouldn’t return

    They are not there yet, we were in a room by the outdoor space, acoustics were terrible and we sat next to a family who shouted everything. Coconut prawn toast and pork belly starters all needed to sit on paper towel - very greasy. Coconut prawn toast is a good idea but it needs refining, it is too thick. Fish beurre blanc, fish was grey and portion too large. Was over cooked and when cut into steamed in a way that indicated it had not rested. It was so hot it just was not good. Coconut trifle lacked flavors by layer, everything tasted the same. Concept and menu good but it needs work.

    Just as expected from Hyatt property, this restaurant was excellent by all means. Friendly, polite host(s) - super clean dining area. Beautiful garden views. Our server Mike knew the menu and made great recommendations, not to mention superb service. Food was very good, very well presented and super tasty. this place is our new favorite. Thank you all.

    The food and service is some of the best in Orlando. We have dined at most of the top tiered restaurants in Orlando and Four Flamingo's has some of the best seafood dishes we have experienced. We will return and please never take the Moqueca off of the menu!!! Its that good.

    All the food and drinks/ service were so good. If you are gluten free this place has an amazing selection. The only thing that we didn’t like was the ceviche, it was not like a Mexican style that we are use to. It was a bit floral to taste. The restaurant was beautiful and had a great ambience. My wife and I will definitely come back!

    Anniversary dinner, very good filet, comes with a sauce/gravy but really not needed seasoned and cooked perfectly. My wife had the pesto crusted salmon with risotto it was fantastic! Service was spot on, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

    Amazing food!! The Neptune swordfish was amazing!!! I have never had swordfish before and as the chef noted this will ruin me because I am never going to have swordfish this good ever again! The service was amazing the ambiance was beautiful. Just an overall great experience!

    Dana looked after us really well and made some excellent recommendations. Cocktails to start were awesome with the Tuna Tostada & Crab Raviolo being highlights after that (although it's a shame to single anything out as it was all excellent).

    The dinner was amazing! Highly recommend the Ham Croquettas, the surf and turf and the rum burner. Our entire meal was delicious. The restaurant was quiet, clean and the staff was the best!

    Dinner was one of the top three dinners I’ve had in my lifetime! The food was exquisite perfectly executed melt in your mouth intricate layered flavors that blended in perfect harmony. The best swordfish in my life the best ribeye in my life. The staff was wonderful the ambience was pure Florida upscale casual elegance. Our new go to spot it’s a hidden gym and the property takes you back to old Florida with seclusion and privacy! Richard Blais Four flamingos is what Orlando has been missing much-needed upscale yet not unfamiliar delicious cuisine that rivals any four star Michelin restaurant. As an added bonus he manages to work in his molecular gastronomy in a way that works harmoniously with the food adding subtle delicate notes of layered flavor. Superb exquisite divine!!!

    The restaurant recognized that we were celebrating our anniversary. We were seated in a noisy area instead of having a little more privacy for our special occasion. Our waiter David was good. The food we ordered tasted good, but was extremely overpriced and nothing out of this world. The tuna tostada was ok, but the passion fruit yolk was a little bitter and changed the taste of the tuna. The Oxtail & Foie Gras Empanadas curry flavor was overpowering and the mango salsa did not temper it at all. The lobster bucatini was ok, the jalapenos could not be tasted and needed more flavor in general. The crab raviolo sauce was good, but the taste of the crab was just ok. I ordered a $58 bottle of prosecco that costs $15 at publix. That is truly unfair! I was really expecting more from this restaurant due to it's location and its featured chef. We will not choose this restaurant again.

    The food overall was excellent. Our server did a great job, but it seemed like the restaurant was one staff member short overall (no fault of our server). We had to send back the ribeye pinchos as they were more medium well or well done vs. medium rare. We were glad we did as the correct cook made them outstanding. The highlight by far was the Neptune’s Cut, Moqueca, Shrimp toast, and the Zellwood Corn Side (a local farm for those not in the area). The trifle was a great dessert and the coffee was good as well. I’d love to try the Panna Cotta in the future. Overall a great dinner and beverage program. The timing did seem a bit off at the start of the meal, but when food started coming off it was great!
