Food and service was great. Beer was good but low on carbonation
Go for the beer only. Food was subpar and expensive. Cool building but they put us on the 2nd floor which was average at best.
Had a reservation for 6:15, but did not sit till after 6:30. I felt there was poor planning on their part.
We ordered fish. Mistake. Service great, server fabulous, Jessica! Beer very good. Fish was so greasy I was sick all the next day. Fries were overcooked as well. :(
Really pleased with the quality big the Helles and the Hefeweizen. Tenderloin sandwich wasn't quite what we hoped, but everything else the party ordered was great - wings, blue burger, tots, and pork fries. We'll be back for sure!!
We love the atmosphere at FDR. They have great tacos but I do wish there was few more options on the menu.
Place seemed very “unkept”- bar had two areas uncleared, & was not busy, pile of floor trash evident in kitchen , trash & feminine box over flowing. Food good. Service good.
Morgan was our server. She had a very good sense of humor and connected with our table. She was consistent on checking on us. She was great. Thank you Morgan for your great hospitality. Four day ray You have a gem don’t let her get away.
We’ve eaten here before several times and really enjoyed the atmosphere and above average dishes. We were disappointed this trip in the food. My chicken tortilla soup described by the waitress as a little spicy was actually quite bland and, worse, it was served lukewarm as were my husband’s fries. The steak on my daughter’s salad was underdone and not hot. I had the blueberry Tito’s lemonade for $10. It was served in a small glass with lots of ice, not much vodka, no lemonade that I could taste and exactly 3 blueberries to make it blueberry. I guess that’s what I get for ordering a cocktail at a brewery. I’m hoping it was an off night for the kitchen but I hate seeing a fun place deteriorate into bland bar food.
Good selection of food, wide selection of beers, friendly/helpful servers.
Met a friend and had dinner/drinks. We enjoyed everything!
Food was not that hot and the building was so cold from the stir made our food even colder
Had a great time here had the tacos and they were very good specially the poke one
Waiter was very very good. Chips and salsa and guacamole great. Did not like my shrimp barbecue salad. Way too sweet and too much dressing.
Went to Four Day Ray for lunch with co-workers to celebrate a birthday. Service was great - everyone enjoyed their food - it was a fun atmosphere - and a quick drive back to the office!
Dined on the patio, food and service was great. Well definitely be going back.
This our first time here and we were more than impressed. Food was excellent and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
Great atmosphere , engaging and personable waitstaff while still being professional, food was exactly as ordered and delicious
Our food was cold when brought to our table.
We ordered French Onion Soup and a Tenderloin sandwich and they were brought AT THE SAME TIME. We prefer the soup first and when finish bring the sandwich. We ate the soup zAND THEN THE TENDERLOIN AND ONION RINGS WERE AT ROOM TEMP.
Unfortunately it was a bad experience , therefore there are many other choices, and I think we will move on!!!!!!!!!
Poutine fries and loaded fries were good. Duck salad was not good. Duck had no flavor. Lettuce tasted weird.
We ate outside and even though there are blinds installed, the staff won’t use them . Which made our dining experience uncomfortable until the sun went down behind the fence. ( about an hour. Pricing is a little high on food and wine for what you get. Service was adequate, not outstanding.
Good all the way around!
We have a book club that has met here twice. The food and service was great, but it's probably a little too loud for discussion.
Great environment. Pretzels with cheese were...subpar. Delicious beer
It was a get together for a friend’s birthday which had been included in the original reservation. It was never acknowledged. Once we received our drinks, which came in a timely manner, the rest of our service was disappointing. It took our server at least 20 minutes to ever come back to take our food orders. The wrong meal was brought out for the birthday person, but no apology was ever made and nothing was offered. (In fact, the server even tried to charge her for the more expensive item that she didn’t receive). Another person in our party ordered a cheeseburger which was supposed to come with a special sauce, but the burger came with only cheese, nothing else, and when she flagged down the server to ask for the sauce, he never brought it. We had also ordered a 2nd round of drinks that we never received. To top it off, there was live music on the patio that night and even though we had reservations, we were not permitted to sit outside because we “weren’t on the list”. Very disappointing
We love this place!!! Atmosphere is great, food is great and the beer is great!
We were seated right away, the food was good, the pretzels though were way to buttery and greasy to enjoy. They were out of three of the tap beers we liked too, but the service was great and my husbands burger and my salad were very good
Great food and great service. We chose to sit outside as inside was a bit noisy.
My buddy and I had a terrific dinner at Four Day Ray recently. In the past, the FDR tenderloin sandwich has been the go-to, but tonight, we were each feeling the Nashville Chicken sandwich. The sandwich is packed with flavor and is a solid cut of chicken portion-wise. I also ordered a Carne Asada taco a la carte, which was delicious. We decided not to have a couple beers on this occasion, but the staff was still very attentive, especially with water and soda refills. I've never had a bad experience at Four Day Ray and hope to keep coming back for great eats and suds for years to come.
Uniquely wonderful food, excellent beer selection and attentive service resulted in a greatly satisfying experience.
Food was good, service was great! Would go back for sure!
Great food and atmosphere. Kid friendly with lots of menu options. It's like Bakersfield and Pint Room had a baby.
Server was a little clueless and made us uncomfortable with awkward pauses while we were ordering. We ordered a flight of beer and our server placed the flight on the opposite side of the table and expected us to move the flight to the other side. When we made the comment that the other person in our group ordered the flight he replied “I know, it’s just easier to put it here”. What the heck?
The food wasn’t anything to write home about either. We ordered off the Devour Indy menu and all flavors were masked by dishes where the breading was overkill, lacked flavor and potato chips made up 80% of the plate. The beers weren’t cold and glasses of wine were $12. I’m used to paying those prices in downtown Chicago, not Fishers.
All the good aspects of this venue - food, service, beer, etc. - were negated by the horrific noise in the dining area. Could not tell if it was the space, of the fact that all the adjacent diners had to yell at their table mates to make themselves heard. We will go back one more time, and try the outside dining area to see if it is any quieter - otherwise.....
Tried it for Devour Indy. Nice selection/food choices. Nice atmosphere!
Good food. Server was attentive. However it took over an hour to get our food. The waitress and the manger both apologized.
Good food, beer, atmosphere and service
The food is amazing. The outside area is really nice.
Generous portions
An enjoyable atmosphere with good service. Our sandwiches were fairly good, but the fries weren't great which was a disappointment considering the $2 upcharge (our bill seemed pretty high for what we got, and the fry upcharge didn't help). A good selection of beers. They do well with kids...our toddler enjoyed his meal which is no small feat. I really appreciated our server asking if we would like his meal brought out immediately.
