Four by Brother Luck- A new American Restaurant focusing on Four Course tasting menus. Bravo TV Celebrity Chef Brother Luck is influenced by the IV key sources who supply our ingredients; the hunter, the gatherer, the fisherman, and the farmer. These people are truly the beginning of every dish we imagine as the seasons change. The seasonal menus have been set up in four quadrants, each quadrant being a self- guided four-course menu tasting for one person. A guest can either stay with the pre-set tasting menu or can utilize all four menus to create their own custom four-course tasting experience.

    Loved this place - all I would say is that the portions were too big! Wish I could have eaten everything but kept having to save room for the next course in the 4 course option.

    The atmosphere was great. I love the concept. However the black forbidden rice was under cooked so was the fingerling potatoes. My steak was under seasoned also.

    Went to dinner last night at 4 by Brother Luck. Had some really good food. The atmosphere was nice. The music playing in the background was at a level that did not interfere with conversation. A hidden gem was Apryl, our hostess as well as our waitress. She steered us in the right direction with our choices of food and wine. Highly recommend this restaurant. You should be prepared to spend a larger amount of money but overall it is worth it.

    I like salt plenty.... but it was extremely salty. I wish they used a little more fresh cutting agents. I am not a foodie btw!

    We had the 4 course meal with the wine pairing. Everything was on point, fresh, and abundant. I especially liked the special dessert for the evening, butter cake. Our server, David, was amazing. He was friendly and attentive. He was able to accurately describe each plate with the wine pairing.

    Apryl made our evening wonderful! The atmosphere was jazzy/chic and the food was on point. The octopus was better than any I’ve had and the jalapeño poppers had such a unique and delicious spin. Four remains at the top of our list!

    Ok, but not worth it unless you just like spending a lot of money. They did a good job with plating/aesthetics, but quantity/amount of food was lacking. If I pay $160 for a dinner for two with no alcohol & without counting tip). 4-courses: The appetizer was good, but small. The dumplings were ok, small. The main course Steak was ok at best. The dessert was good, but really small...like a 1/2” x 4” slice of hazelnut cake and a spoon drop of ice cream $13. If you tip 20% that’s $200! And I definitely shouldn’t walk away still hungry. They should seriously revisit their choices of decor and art on the walls…if I were in a tattoo shop or metal concert I would dig it, but satanic and half naked art is off putting and doesn’t say, “come in and enjoy a nice expensive dinner.” The wait staff was fine and I didn’t have any issues there. Biggest reason for the less than impressed review is the food quality to price ratio. I wouldn’t recommend. Not worth it.

    Overall disappointing and a no return. Service was excellent and wonderful. Ambiance is nice but food was so so. Salad was good but the lamb stew was heavy, without flavor and not like a stew but more like a sloppy joe. Dessert was good but small. Wine was good.

    Highly recommend the 4 course meal with the wine pairing. Levi did a phenomenal job explaining the wines and everything paired perfectly. What a wonderful dining experience!

    Outstanding meal, as always. The wine pairings are excellent. I’ve been lukewarm on most of the desserts I’ve had but this time it was wonderful (sticky toffee pudding). A little cinnamon-heavy on the birria, but still tasty—just couldn’t finish and took it home to doctor a bit into tacos.

    We did the 4 course meals with wine pairings. It's an expensive night but well worth it if you like fine dining in a casual, and relaxed atmosphere. I'm glad we have a restaurant like Four in Colorado Springs as we'll be back again.

    Food was good, for $300 (with tip) for two people I’d expect outstanding. All things we felt we’ve cooked better variations of at home including the chili, pork chop, and ny strip. Dessert was great. The service was great. There are other restaurants with better ambiance. Likely won’t be back any time soon as it just wasn’t excellent for the price.

    We each did the four course meal with the wine pairing. Our waitress was amazing and did a great job of explaining the dishes and why the sommelier chose each wine to pair with the dish. Such a fun night out for a special occasion.

    We arrived a little after 5 pm for our 5:30 reservation. Four has Happy Hour from 3-6. We enjoyed the drinks and the charcuterie board $10) and pork on the HH menu. Even if you just go for HH it is a treat! We then had the Pork chop and the Lamb stew. The flavors are amazing. Allen our waiter is one of the best waiters I have had. He was attentive without being intrusive. Thank you Allen for adding to the enjoyment of our evening. The only thing we just was not over the moon about was the apple dessert. It was ok. We will be back and bring our out of town guests for this special dining experience.

    This restaurant is a breath of fresh air for the Colorado Springs restaurant scene. Four by Brother Luck combines cuisine from all over the world. We enjoyed Birria (Mexico), Blue Cornbread/Wojapi (Native American) and Sticky Toffee Pudding (UK). Suffice to say, we were blown away by the flavors and food quality. Also of note, the dinner was served in four courses which is reminiscent of the time we lived overseas. If you’re seeking something different for a date night or special occasion, look no further!!
