   Came here with my family for a birthday breakfast. Great ambiance. All the food was delicious and the service was great. We had a scone, chia seed pudding, a yogurt parfait, and french toast, accompanied by tea and coffee. My toddler loved everything, as did we. Will definitely return!

   The restaurant is inside the hotel signia by hilton, the ambience is great but the food and service where just ok.

   The prime rib was great as was the ham. They did a nice job at providing a lot of different food options for people such as sushi and veggies and soup and sliced deli meats and cheese etc. The main items like the prime rib and ham were fantastic. It’s really hard to cook for large groups of people and keep everything warm and they did a great job. The “other” options were pretty good. The desserts were just ok. There were some pastries and a chocolate fountain but the quality of the chocolate was not good. It tasted very grainy. In my opinion, I’d have skipped the pastries and served traditional pies. The value was pretty good. It did not include any type of drink with the price. The room was nothing fancy and there was a small fake Christmas tree. In the past, when the Fairmont offered their fabulous Sunday buffet brunch, the room was beautiful. I’ve had other Christmas dinners at restaurants and for the same price it’s not a buffet and the food is not very hot. So you get a very very small plate of lukewarm food. So…having a buffet was fantastic. I work at the church Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so I am unable to cook Christmas dinner for myself. I’d say out of all the other options I’ve had, this is the best…and the price is pretty reasonable. My deepest gratitude to all the workers who had to work in Christmas Day there at the restaurant.

   Fantastic Christmas brunch! Excellent variety of foods & plentiful amounts! Seafood was especially amazing! Beautifully decorated for Christmas season. All staff worked so hard! Will definitely be back!

   The Christmas buffet brunch presentation was outstanding! The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Food selection was great!

    The waiter was kind considering reservation was at 1:45 and we found out restaurant closed at 2pm. The quality of the food was poor- not fresh and / or overcooked. Salmon was like jerky and Mac and cheese was mushy, and hollandaise was tangy and lobster wasn’t fresh. Disappointing and not like the old Fountain Room we knew
