   The bartender helped us choose drinks off the menu with a series of questions and I really enjoyed the drinks I ended up with. The music is good, the food is super tasty. The only downside is that it's so dark in there that you have to take a picture of your food to see what you are eating.

   fantastic food - love the oysters; great service and the music was current and not too loud, so it didn't drown out conversation. Great place for apres-work drinks!

   This is a cool spot with many options for out-of-the-box drinks. I was surprised at the service, though. Very lacking. Im pretty easy going, but it added up: every round of drinks took way too long, food brought out and we had to flag down our server for cutlery, I asked for salt and she told me she'd "see what she could do". Just overall meh. I'd go back with my expectations lower.

   Great place for drinks/socializing. Went here for a girls night. We were seated in the back couch/lounge section and it's simply not feasible to eat there. Food was mediocre. Great cocktails though.

   Went on Saturday from 7-9. The place fills up quickly so you definitely want to get a reservation first. The food and drinks were great and were inexpensive. The server was awesome and the crowd in the bar was pretty good too. The music is very loud which makes having a conversation difficult but if you're going with a group it shouldn't be an issue. 4 out of 5, will go again.

   All their custom cocktails are delicious, food menu was really good and fairly priced. I would stick with the appetizers and starters. Duck Poutine & Shrimp Popcorn were delicious. The fried chicken main was really good (although very very sweet). The steak was a little disappointing as it was drowned in the salsa verde and overpowered the taste of the steak completely. Overall, highly recommended for drinks and delicious unique apps for a reasonable price. Their special shots are delicious as well!

   I'm very torn about how to review SpiritHouse. We went there for dinner before a play at Factory - it is super close, less than a 5 min walk from the theatre! SpiritHouse is as much bar as it is restaurant - so music was very loud, and we sat in a back corner and it was still tough to chat. The food was very good - a quinoa falafel that was amazing, really nice fish tacos, great calamari! Our server was super friendly...but it looked like she was responsible for about half the restaurant, and some HUGE groups. She was working really hard, but the service was still inattentive at best. They do great Happy Hour deals (which we didn't know) and they were doing whiskey tastings, and so we think they ended up with may more people than expected. But after arriving at 6:00 and letting our server know we were going to a play, we still waited forever for our food (and one person who ordered oysters as a starter and then a steak had both dishes arrive at the same time!!) So the experience was certainly good enough that we will try it again, and hopefully they will be better staffed, but if not I think we'll look for another option.

   This is a bar that serves food. The cocktails were great, the food was mediocre. Eat somewhere else, drink here.
