Food good and witness good. Kitchen problems as it took over an hour to get our food with no explanation as to why. And bring 4 biscuits does not make amends for such a delay

Absolutely horrendous experience that ruined Thanksgiving for my family and I. The soup was cold and had the consistency of thick puréed baby food. The main course arrived about an hour after being seated...It was COLD, not hot, not warm, not even lukewarm...COLD. The gravy on all four plates was congealed as if the food was prepared hours before we arrived and just sat until served. The ham was dry and turned up on the plate...the turkey was dry and smothered in what looked liked caked on dried gravy...the vegan meatloaf was no different. We could not even get our water refilled the whole time while seated. As we were waiting to be served (right at 8pm) the staff began cleaning up as if closing...sweeping, mopping, scrubbing. It was like we were in the twilight zone. Even after two hours of waiting for bad service and cold food, we could bot get the check and felt like hostages that could not leave. Finally, we made our way out without having eaten anything except maybe the cornbread and a few bites of pie. We ended up at the McDonalds shortly thereafter. McDonalds....Worst thanksgiving ever!

I felt bad for the manager. I still do. However, the service and quality at FFs has nosedived since our last visit and I swear to never step foot into another one of their restaurants again. I flew all of the way from Asia to have dinner with my kids thinking this was the best option for a home cooked meal and man, was I wrong. Still apologizing to my kids for such an abhorrent evening.

We observed at least 5 other tables having the same experience.

Later when riding up in the elevator of the hotel, a couple that was at the restaurant at the same time shared their own similar horror story. They were mortified and apparently planned to order room service.

An experience to never be forgotten and not for good memories.

We visited this restaurant on Thanksgiving for a late dinner after we left another place that had misled us on their holiday offering. The Founding Farmers staff was clearly tired after a long and busy day. We encountered a few challenges as a result, but our waitress Niralee and the manager Laura gave us exemplary customer service. They earned my five stars. The food was very good.

The bartender Cam was also wonderful. She made my mother's favorite drink really well and was so nice to us, as we waited for our table. We immediately left our troubles behind with her friendly welcome. My mother is 86, and I am grateful to Founding Farmers for saving our Thanksgiving. We really had a nice time.

Thanksgiving. Appetizers (just bread) took 25 minutes to come out. They were cold rolls. Turkey dinner was barely warm. For $130 dinner to two. Very shocking and was not expecting.

We had Thanksgiving dinner and there were many positives. We were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation time even though the restaurant was full. The soup was delicious and the entree ( I had Prime Rib) was excellent. My wife enjoyed the turkey and loved the stuffing. The cornbread was great and the cheesecake was good. Well worth the experience.
