Super disappointed in this location today. One of my daughter’s favorite restaurants and we made a reservation here for her high school graduation 3 months ago. Our party of 9 w 3 sets of grandparents was seated in the bar area next to the host table. It was incredibly loud and no one could hear anything. We inquired w the host twice about being seated upstairs and were told “we have reservations.” As do we! Used the bathrooms up there and saw tons of open tables with waitstaff eating their dinner. Had to ask multiple times when we were seated for a waiter so we could just get water. Since it was unpleasant we just rushed through everything after that and left as quickly as possible. It marred what was supposed to be a nice experience and we won’t be back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Elizabeth. We are sorry to hear that your daughter’s special celebration didn’t meet expectations. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely regret the discomfort it caused your family. We’ll be reviewing this with our team to do better in the future. We appreciate your past support and hope we may have another opportunity to welcome you back under better circumstances. -Kiara
