They were having an off day. The food has been very good on our previous visits. The hush puppies were good but the sauce was sparse. We asked for more and 20 minutes later it was brought. Orders were wrong. Food was delivered without plates or utensils. The chicken salad sandwich was sparse with wilted lettuce leaves and the bread seemed like a thin slice of wheat bread versus what was described on the menu. Only one if the 4 meals was good. The tater tots were good. The black berry cobbler had no crust and instead a cookie was dropped onto the top. They added vanilla ice cream but drizzled it with some flavor that didn’t work. The carrot cake was very dry and seemed stale. The bills were wrong twice. We spent at least 2 1/2 hours trying to eat through all the mishaps. This was our first disappointing visit and I’m sorry to have to write this review but someone should know.

The Pub will always be a neat place to go for a special occasion or such simply because of the ambience and the beauty of the farm. However, the food took a crash dive in late 2019. There has been several attempts by a couple new chefs since, but none seem to be able to attain what Chef Andrea and her team had going there. Some days are better than others, but on this occasion I was served a Three Little Pigs BBQ sandwich that was refrigerator cold. For the prices that are charged at the Farm, the food should be excellent...it is not.

Great food! Good service. This is such a nice little find for the drive through Alabama! Highly recommend. My husband said the rib eye was the best he had ever had...and he's had a lot of beef! We also had the charcuterie board and Brussel sprouts. All excellent!

The grouper meal was excellent. And to top it off, I went for the Brownie Sundae! It was amazing, but I had to bring 3/4 of it home. It is a dessert for 2 people to share. Great service and if you want a quieter atmosphere, I suggest going earlier than normal meal time.

Nice view of the 18th hole. All the people in the resort have been nothing but nice. Pizza was $32 for a pepperoni so be prepared to pay. My wife had chicken salad salad and it was ok. Enough pizza for 3-4 people.

We loved our meals! The servers were kind and attentive. The food was so unique and delicious. My husband and I especially loved the Southern Caesar salad- amazing flavors!

What else could we ask for? Excellent food, lovely setting, great atmosphere and right in our backyard. Kensey did a very professional but personable job of taking care of us for my wife's birthday. Her recommendations were spot on. We'll be back! p.s. - love the "Smile and Wave" signs.

Our server, Kristian was wonderful! Attentive w/o being overbearing We had chopped salads which were large enough to share, the corned beef sandwich, which in all honesty was not true corned beef… just more like a beef sandwich, and a delicious apple cobbler- which would have been better if it was warmed. The ambiance and service were great, I just felt the kitchen missed the mark a bit.

We stayed at Pursell Farms for NYE so we made a reservation at Old Toms Pub. Service was just ok, food would have been better. It arrived at the table cold. Not many people were in there dining either, maybe 3-4 couples. Probably wouldn’t eat there again for the price and cold food.

We eat here often but tonight’s experience was tragic. We had reservations along with several others due to a local school dance. We waited a very long time for our food which wasn’t the tragic part. Our server was also the host who was busy seating people. We saw our server when he took our order and then never again. We had two $50 steak plates at the table so you think at least someone would have checked on the steaks, but why should we expect that when we also never got drink refills and had to have our entire meal with nothing to drink. Two hours…that’s how long we were there from start to finish. When we finally fagged our server/host down to ask for our tickets the kids had already missed their dance lead out and we still ended up waiting on him to wipe down and bus 3 more tables and sit more people. Take care of the customers you have when you’re short staffed and already delivering terrible to none existent service. We spend too much money here for this type of experience! On a night where there were so many planned reservations, this did not sneak up on anyone and I blame management.

I got the chicken na biscuit and the biscuit and tater tots tasted a little stale or old, the chicken was full of grease when I bit into it. Was my first time, I will still be back to try something different.

Family get together Server was sweet but clueless. Our reservations were for 1215 but did not get seated until 1230, as our table was not ready. We had been there for 35min and she still had not put our drink order in, and we had ask. Then we had to ask where our food was after an hour. We had reservations for the UTV ride at 2p. We had to eat in 20min so my 82yo dad was rushed. My husbands burger was way over cooked. And my ceviche was just ok. I am typically overly praising of places I go eat but need to give some constructive experience if you want to keep this place running. My family loves this place and the history it has but it needs to step up in this category.

The food was good but wasn't exactly what we expected for the price. The atmosphere was definitely more bar like than we expected, we were looking for a quiet dinner and unfortunately didn't get that. Overall the experience wasn't bad, but we probably won't be dining again.

We dined a few times at OldTom’s Pub while staying at The Inn. Each time the food was great! General pub fare but each item had a twist. The Chicken salad Salad was served with a blueberry vinaigrette; the Turkey sandwich had a jalapeño pimento cheese spread; the hamburger was served with tater tots. The breakfast buffet was a good selection and very reasonably priced. The service was inconsistent- maybe they were short handed. Atmosphere and engagement with staff are very nice.

Old Tom's is oozing with character and ambiance. The food is excellent, but most choices are well prepared bar food. There are a few expensive white table level entrees. I had the shrimp and crab sandwich which was very good. My husband had the oyster wings appetizer and a BLT, both of which were quite tasty. Wine list is good. The view over the fields is spectacular, so try for a window seat.

Great experience! We had the chicken wings, which were flavored just right w/ homemade ranch dressing and the salad sampler plate. The 3 salads were tasty and the crudités and Lavosh were perfect accompaniments! Can’t wait to visit again!
