Though there is no food, they provide you with roasted nuts. The drinks are well crafted and there is a variety to choose from (even some premium ones that are worth it). Overall a great experience and if I did have any suggestions, it would be some small plates and custom drinks based on your taste.

Definitely, ok. Very small space and the rating is more of the close quarters and drunk loud patrons at the bar impacting the “speak easy” ambiance. $54 Manhattan was ok, but definitely not worth $54, even if priced for the experience.

You need to go here. Sara(h) was exceptional- giving us the best service with a side of history about the hotel. We came here on a recommendation, make sure to make a reservation, and loved ending our date night with a night cap at the coolest little speakeasy. Drinks are pricey but you get what you pay for and the experience was well worth our tab. Will definitely be recommending this spot to others!

Always a great time! Excellent customer service and delicious cocktails. Drinks are expensive ($25-$55 per cocktail) but definitely a great stop for a special occasion.

We celebrated our anniversary, it was a really nice night place, they gave us some complimentary chocolates to celebrate our special occasion, cocktails were so good! We received good recommendations from them. Highly recommended!!

Great visit, I did give the food an excellent rating but we did not order anything to eat, though the George is very good, and the room service is excellent, hence the rating. Really fun place to visit, great cocktails and a diversity of spirits. The only reason for my 4 out of 5 star rating, a couple snuck into the speak easy without a reservation, the server realized it but let them stay. Last time I was in Seattle we could not get it without a reservation, which made us want to come back even more, the excitement of a speak easy is the exclusivity, otherwise lets just hang at the hotel bar.

Founders club was a super cool speak easy type of bar within the Fairmont. They had a wide range of prices for cocktails, wine and liquor. It was a super fun place and the service was tremendous. I would happily take business colleague or a date to this place in the future.

Although technically no food, this place does have drinks, they remembered my request we were celebrating Alice's job promotion and congratulated her and gave her a box of chocolates, which was so heartwarming and tasty!

Super place for a date night! Little bit pricey but worth a visit if you are in town for the evening. The hotel bar in the lobby is also a great spot for a pre Founders bite to eat. Great food and service.

Third time to the club. First two were amazing. This one, we got there and the place was much fuller than before. They sat 2 of us in this low broken down couch 6 feet across from to on a high back in the middle of the room. We couldn’t effectively have a nice quiet conversation with exceptional drinks and service. Founders Club is a splurge. Unfortunately on this day, was way off their prior marks.

Fun and intriguing concept. The hostess was curt and directive leading us to a seating situation comprised of a love seat that was set so low a toddler could sit on it with her feet fully on the floor that faced a set of two short leather poufs (with no back support and being so low to the floor you could almost eat your knees, nobody in our party found them appealing seating options). While the cocktail menu boasted an excellent collection of sophisticated cocktails, with prices starting at around $25/per coupled with seating only a nursery school would envy, one understands why there’s a natural turnover after the first round (or second, if you’re feeling flush)…. Ambiance in terms of decor and lighting is lovely, staff (other than the hostess) friendly and knowledgeable, but sadly the noise level was extremely overwhelming, making what one would expect to be a quiet and intimate setting to instead be a noisy, uncomfortable, gimmicky, and overpriced cocktail venue. Nope.

We had a reservation for 830 and arrived five minutes late but our table is not ready until 9 o’clock. The staff was very accommodating and apologized. Multiple times for the delay and provided complementary champagne. will definitely be back.
