Highly Seasonal
While our menu will change over with each passing season, we also continue to source the freshest ingredients from local farms to help inspire daily specials. Our goal is to give you the best tasting dishes, the easiest way to do that is to start with what’s in season.
Nose to Tail, Root to Leaf
We believe every part of the plant and animal can and should be used in the process making food. Whether it’s used as a component in making stocks/sauces, as the main ingredient of the dish, or as a garnish, our goal is to use 100% of the entire plant/animal we purchase. The goal is less waste and responsible consumerism.
Return to Cooking
With our wood fired oven and wood fired grill we are returning to the origins of cooking: cooking over fire. Here at Foster, we combine fresh ingredients, classic technique, and an open flame to serve you a meal that’s simply elegant.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by a sweet hostess who sat us immediately! Our server was lovely as well as very quick to get us everything we needed. Our meal came fast. Our meals were all delicious!! Overall Fosters is consistently great! I’m hoping they will open their homemade ice cream spot in the back again. My grandchildren loved the ice cream!

The restaurant had great reviews so I booked it for my friend's 65 bday. It's a fairly casual spot so locals come with family. Three women brought two children, one about 3 years old whose shrill scream permeated our meal making everyone at the table uncomfortable. While the food was good overall, the fried chicken breast was a bit dry, the chef does not believe in gravy for the chicken or mashed potato's which were very bland, My wife had a hair in her book Choi, yuk. a pet peve of mine are restaurants that require you to order all food at the start of the meal. I always find that this rushes the dinner service and does not allow you to have a longer relaxed pace. Our waitress required the full order but assured us this would not happen. 15 seconds after our appetizer was cleared the food arrived. I will not be returning to Foster.

Thought the service was great, Food was unique and innovative and delicious. Would have loved to have dessert but there was no chocolate options

The staff are very welcoming and eager to please. The restaurant is lovely to look at. The biggest problem is the noise level. Don't go with someone you want to catch up with -- conversation is limited unless you shout. The food was good. Not great.

We had a very pleasant time. The Food was perfect. My partner said the Fried Chicken was the best she ever tasted. The service was just right. The only thing missing was bread while U wait for your salad and main meal to come. Outdoor seating was warm and comfortable. Will return again.
