Service was great. Food was decent, but I was not particularly impressed with anything. Heaters outdoors so you are still comfy if dining outdoors after sunset.
Lots of outdoor heaters to keep you warm on the patio!
Cindy was great. She was very friendly and made some great recommendations. The cocktails and food were very good.
Food was very good, I rate it a B+. Presentation of food could be better. Place is very loud, not a place for quiet conversation. Main complaint was appetizer came out with main course!
Pasta was too salty and Chicken was overdone. Restaurant was busy, and servers were spread thin…
It was our first time dining at Forza Storico. We were first seated at a tsble and the music speaker was right over our heads. We moved and sat at the bar and had a great dining experience. Food, service and atmosphere were just what we wanted on a late Saturday afternoon!
Food and atmosphere were incredible. The heat lamp caused one of the umbrella next to our table to burn. We reported this to several people including the manager and there didn’t seem to be a sense of urgency. When we finally talked to the manager she said the customer next to us moved the lamp. That was incorrect, as we told her. The lamp was moved AFTER he noticed the burning. He was not the cause of the damage. Meanwhile, those of eating seemed more concerned than staff or management.
The restaurant, the music, the food, the people in the bar especially Margarita were Amazing… loved this place!!!
Great food overwhelmed by horrible service. Waited 45 minutes for drinks. Asked twice about them. Salad even came before the drinks. Had to finally ask to see a manager. Even then the drink order was wrong. And the mains came out within a minute of the salad and at the same time as the drinks. Table full of food all at once. More like counter service than an enjoyable dining experience.
Great, upbeat Italian joint on the West Side. Sitting at the bar is always enjoyable.
Great Ladies Night Out dinner at Forza Storico on the West Side! We started with some amazing cocktails - the rosemary sour and the updated Paloma were amazing. Our waiter recommended a nice red wine and we enjoyed the calamari and the prosciutto with mozzarella as appetizers followed by the whole branzino and 2 pastas. Don't miss the tiramisu for dessert.
Everything was wonderful, as always. Would highly recommend and will absolutely return.
Our server Gia, had great menu suggestions. Food was AMAZING!!! Margarita--the bartender, made fantastic drinks!! This will be a stop for sure next time I am in town!!!
Exceptional. Loved the outdoor dining. Food and service was great!
My family and I ate at this restaurant last night with high hopes brought on by a good reviews and a nice menu. We were thoroughly disappointed.
We had three main dishes and an appetizer
The appetizer meatballs were okay; though phenomenally expensive at 3 meatballs for $14. There was hard sell by the waiter for bread, ostensibly to soak up excess marinara sauce, which we were subsequently charged for. The entrees all had one flaw or another; the Carbonara was way too salty. The Arrabiata lacked any significant spice, which one would normally expect from a dish that literally translates to ‘angry”. The restaurant’s interior was very noisy, with no obvious efforts to mitigate the sound. We struggled to hear each other or the waiter.
The service was decent and the food was edible. However, Forza Storico was so thoroughly mediocre and such a poor value in a sea of better alternatives, that I can only in good conscious give this restaurant a tepid 2 out of 5 stars.
Been here many times. Always fun. Good food, decent wine list ,great service. Very nice atmosphere
Food was outstanding! The wine was amazing and the service was top notch!
My fav place in ATL! I usually go twice every time I'm in town!
Carlos was amazing!!! My made my mother’s birthday so special. So glad we chose this location for her birthday!
Food and service were amazing! We ate inside which was a little dark and loud but otherwise great.
Amazing service and the food is incredible!
Great, inventive food. Service was friendly and attentive.
Awesome vibe and drinks, definitely going back soon.
The food was very good as usual. The bar was backed up, so our drink orders took much longer than they should have. Even the non-alcoholic drinks. The noise level was very loud. One gentleman at a large table next to us was inebriated and yelling throughout the first half of our meal.
The extremely loud music put a damper on the otherwise awesome experience….we asked if it could be turned down a bit but they declined to….
Great food and service
Cute date night spot! The mushroom side is delicious and both our pasta dishes were very good.
The restaurant was highly recommended by a friend. First timers all agreed it was a great experience. The waiter was great and his choices were all very good. The smoked old fashion was spot on! Food was very good! Will definitely be back.
Fantastic pasta, great ambiance, awesome drinks, the prices were a bit high in my opinion but overall it was a great experience!!
I usually look forward to eating here but they changed their recipes on their trademark dishes, such as the carbonara and it’s completely difficult to enjoy. Not even just the recipe itself, but a completely different pasta. I would return here, just not enthusiastically.
Exceptional experience! Cristobal was fabulous! The service and food were over the top wonderful & delicious! The ambiance was amazing! All-around perfect evening!
My pasta was good but a bit salty. Not the best I’ve had. My husband’s steak was fantastic. Sides and apps were less than expected but still good. First time there and our server knew that so some guidance through the menu would have been nice but we didn’t ask either. Drinks and dessert were delicious! Service was timed perfect and we didn’t feel rushed. We’ll be back to try something different!
Great service, wine list and menu. Highly recommended.
The food, drinks, and dessert was awesome came out hot, fresh n crisp. Taste sooo good including the atmosphere nice. The only thing I had a problem with is no kid menu but the did try to accommodate but the price was paying a regular adult price.
It’s good anywhere but we think the experience at the bar to eat is the most fun and authentic. James and his staff really look after you and are especially knowledgeable about wine (great list by the way). Menu is consistent and we find choosing a bunch of small plates suits us although the pastas in particular are fresh, innovative and dressy made.
Great vibe outside. Authentic food never disappointed. First time trying the cappelletti and it was wonderful
Antipasti were pretty good, especially the fried fish; pasta dishes mediocre; saltimbocca so-so; desserts ok. Service was fast and excellent. The noise too loud and basically blocking any conversation. Unlikely to comeback anytime soon... but I will miss the fried fish that was cooked to perfection.
The perfect Italian restaurant!
I have dined at this establishment often and love the outside seating especially during covid. The reason for the 3 stars is this specific visit. The waitress coughed several times and didn’t cover her mouth or turn away from the table. Yes she had a mask on but coughing directly over someone’s drinks and in their direction is rude. Again she coughed several times. The food was good as usual, could have been hotter so may have been sitting for a minute to be picked up. When the food was delivered, I guess the plate was hot because the waiter smacked my date in the eye. When the table of ladies got up to leave, I guess the pasta didn’t sit well with her because she passed gas and it was a horrendous smell. All in all, still a good place just a bad set of events on this particular day.
