V friendly and relaxed
This was he second day after lock down easing but there was no sense of overcrowding,. Social distancing was good and the staff were very friendly. Additionally, the food was very fresh and well prepared including a delicious gluten free pasta offering.
As we had to sit outdoors the restaurant had extra seating including blankets and heating to make sure the dining experience was a comfortable as possible.
Thank you so much for making our night so special. Great service and loved the lobster spaghetti - we had a load of drinks and quite a lot of food and it came to around £50 per head so great value!
It was very good experience, only small thing was a shame that they kind of wanted us to leave so they could turn the tables over for more customers (I understood though as it was the day lockdown ended), so I didn't mind too much. I liked the staff, the location, the food and the atmosphere. I will go again
My girlfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and the service was splendid. The food was gorgeous and so fresh and delicious. Having told the staff beforehand about the occasion, they surprised us both by bringing out a beautiful delicious dessert on the house. It was a wonderful ambience and with excellent service, 100% will be recommending in future.
Christmas dinner- delicious food and lovely staff would love a slightly larger selection of cocktails if possible :)
Very nice atmosphere and attentive staff, starter and main was a little overcooked but we didn’t mind due to the decent prices, wouldn’t go again but was an alright experience
Food was delish and the cocktails were great too, only thing that let it down slightly was that you could only have the table for 1.5 hours so we didnt get to have dessert, would be fine at lunch but dinner shouldnt be that rushed - especially when you are paying premium prices but lovely none the less and worth a visit.
Amazing food, friendly staff and a good atmosphere.
The food was just as we had expected! Delicious and all prepared to order. The belly pork was fabulous. The waitress was attentive, gave us excellent advice on wine choices. Glad we found the restaurant!
Another great night here. It was a shame it was rushed but that was the new rules. I’ll come back again though.
Good service, good food, nice atmosphere. Cocktail choice could be better.
Love this restaurant and will return. Food and staff great.
Came here with my partner the other night and honestly the nicest restaurant we’ve been too in a long time. It was so cute and Christmassy and the ambience was just what you wanted for a date night. The food was incredible and the service was great. 100% recommend to anyone!
Fabulous meal at a lovely central London restaurant- small and intimate, friendly and great food
Lovely, cosy restaurant. Great quality food. Great service.
Pleasant little Italian with a nice cosy feel . Menu is typical of most Italian restaurants ...pasta , pizza and fish / meat dishes . Service was very attentive and food was fine . If looking for something safe before theatre or show it would be a good bet. I thought that the price was on the expensive side ...£140 for 3 for two courses ...this included 4 large glasses of wine and a beer . It isn’t the most amazing place I’ve been to but it hit the spot for our needs pre a theatre production in Waterloo .
Delicious food, attentive staff and complimentary glass of wine for my friend (for her birthday) was a nice touch
I had a great evening at this cozy place in Soho. Wonderful service and food!
The service given wa excellent despite how busy they were. Our server gave us great attention and services. He had a good conversation with us and we appreciated his attentiveness
We came to forty dean street to celebrate our one year anniversary in london. The meal was perfect and was some of the best Italian food we have ever had.
Thank you very much! Would eat here again!
Lovely food, cozy and busy atmosphere, not overly expensive and lovely cocktails. Can't go wrong really.
We had a lovely evening. All the staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious.
Also, very reasonably priced, especially for such a central location. What more can you ask for?
Absolutely delicious food, wonderful service and a cosy atmosphere. Loved it!
the worst food i have eaten in ages not enough lobster ravioli and the starters were so bland.
Nice restaurant with friendly staff and we’ve only dogs, which is a great plus.
Lovely staff and amazing food. Would definitely recommend
WE had a brilliant evening , the service was great especially from Alex and the food as always was superb , we will miss going until December !!
Really good food! Value for money! Ant wait to go back
Very welcoming and warm. Paid lots of attention to our dog and got a nice treat from the waitress.
Fantastic food and always lovely to visit.
Lovely Italian restaurant with excellent food and attentive service.
My soho fave ! Good Italian with lovable staff and owner, oh and super friendly to my little furry babies !
Tier 2 compliant as you can book seats outside. They had those overhead heaters so it was toasty.
Pizza was more Papa John’s style than Italian, service was quick and very friendly staff.
We were able to sit outside. The staff were friendly & welcoming, but the service was slow and the food was average - we had to send one of our dishes back.
Lovely atmosphere and great food. Really good set up during these covid times
I lived in Italy for four years and acquired a discerning palate. The food here is fabulous! It reminds me of genuine Italian food in Italy.
Crunchy ciabatta with fresh chopped tomatoes, the red prawns sautéed in lobster sauce, the steamed mussels in white wine sauce; each plate is a delight.
The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
If this restaurant was in Mayfair, it could easily double its price list.
Most of us end up going to the same five restaurants in any city. This one is going on my core list!
Went here for my birthday. The staff were super friendly, sang happy bday, baked complementary brownie, overall delicious food And cosy restaurant. Highly recommend!
Great dog loving restaurant where dogs get treats and water and we had a lovely meal
We were 1 hour early, but we were still met with a warm smile even though nearly every table was taken.
All pasta dishes can be made gluten free which is great for me!
The food was proper Italian homemade food, surprised yes - we’ve not eaten Italian food in a restaurant as good as that in years ( we are Italian so hard to please)
The venue is small but intimate and easy to get to
Will def be going back again ( actually I can’t wait to go back)
Thank you to the staff and the chefs
