    I have been to forte several times and normally enjoy the food very much. I had the shrimp risotto last night and it seemed like there was something gritty or Sandy in the food. The noise level was also way too high.

    Standard Italian fare in an elegant atmosphere. Attentive service and reasonable prices. Nothing out of the ordinary. On a busy night, the valet parking attendant gets jammed up. Not disappointed but not rushing back either.

    Food was fabulous - came out exactly as ordered and was hot! Service was outstanding - our waiter was Mario. Our only issue was that the room was really cold and the noise level was quite high. However we chatted with someone in the lobby who we presume was an owner and he told us he is addressing the noise issue by doing something to the ceiling to absorb the noise and it woud be done by the end of July! Can't wait to go back!

    We had a fantastic time and definitely enjoyed our evening. Food was delicious and service was excellent. We opted to skip dessert but our waitress brought us a very thoughtful offering since it was our anniversary dinner. Kudos to the staff for going above and beyond for us.
