Pasta was served little bit cold or under cooked. Everything else was great
Restaurant is amazing. Highly recommended. Service and food are experience to try absolutely.
This was my first dinning experience with Forte dei Marni and I was not disappointed. Anything and everything was excellent. Our server, Benoit C. was very personable, charming and knowledgeable of the menu. He made excellent recommendations. Definitely will come back.
Great everything but the drinks were too expensive
Great experience from start to finish. Dishes are well presented and with superb fresh quality. Server Erminio was very knowledgeable. Andrea the manager takes care of every detail. Amazing atmosphere for families, dates and friends. Grazie Mille!
Beautiful setting. Great service and excellent sophisticated food. Our fourth visit this season and quality consistent
They didn’t have the Sunday Brunch as advertised on their website and their food wasn’t good enough to be priced that high. Very underwhelming dining experience for the price. Will not return unless maybe for a free dinner
Great service and the most delicious pistacho gelato
This by far was the biggest disappointment of our trip. After living in Italy I am very hesitant to go to Italian restaurants in the US. I thought in Miami we might have better luck! The food was average and over priced. The wait staff was pushy and impatient. The sommelier was clearly not qualified. Never again!
The service is very attentive however the food isn’t as good as I was expecting. The interiors are very well designed but need a little renovation as most finishes show a lot of damage.
Service was horrible waiter was completely inattentive
Kept walking by & ignoring us & it was to expensive for such bad service
I will never go there again or recommend to my friends
I would expect a restaurant like this to have perfect pasta. No such luck. On the bright side, the pistachio ice cream is worth a trip.
Second visit. Not as nice as last year. Fish and vegetables both overdone. First course was good
It was my third time at this place, previously, I would give them 5*. Living nearby, I had a 6 people group with out of town guests and decided going there. The good: nice tranquil spot with the freshest seafood in Miami. The (really) bad: a very pushy waiter, who pushed a $400 fish ( monkfish) without disclosing the price, added on the bill several non requested vegetable sides (~25.00 each...) that he told were included in the main dish... that waiter invited one of the outsiders from our group to see their fresh seafood, that person returned saying we would not need to pick a main dish... I am used to $1000 + restaurant checks but it felt like we were played and taken.
My new favorite spot! Not only is the ambiance and decor stunning the staff and food was spectacular! Can’t wait to be back! :)
Service was amazing as well as delicious food. We love coming here whenever we visit South Beach!
Portions were small, service and food good. Way overpriced!
Love this place. Our waiter was a hoot. Love that all are Italian. Amazing “acqua pazza” branzino aand the best pistachio ice cream in the world.
We have never been this rushed by a waiter. The food is good but extremely small portion of fish for the pricing. The bathroom is just terrible- looks like a dive bar bathroom
Beautiful Valentine's day meal...great food and service as usual. A winner for SoBe.
I have been to this restaurant several times and find it to have one fatal flaw - it is aggressively overpriced. Other than that, the experience is quite nice. The service was good and the food was prepared well. We ate outside and the tables were well spaced. It would probably be better to eat before you come because the portions are small.
The homemade pistachio gelato was outstanding!!
One of my absolute favorite restaurants in FL!
The service and the food were fantastic. It’s one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at.
We had a spectacular table in the front by the pretty landscaped shrubs and lighting. It was gorgeous in the evening. I had the tuna tartare and branzino and my husband had the artichoke salad and prawns special. We also had the pistachio gelato for dessert which was exceptional. I really enjoyed my dinner and the flavors were great, not overpriced. My husband felt the artichoke salad was bland and not too tasty, it seemed like they forgot the seasoning when I had a taste. The prawns were a special for $45 and were 6 rather small prawns (heads on) and not too tasty. He felt it was overpriced. I enjoyed the night. With an $80 bottle of wine it was a $400 meal.
I was surprised when they told me that the maialino was not on the menu .it is on their web site and it's their signature dish . so we chose and ate very small portion of branding
Authentic Italian Food in a beautiful setting with very attentive and knowledgeable service..,,,
Like vacationing with my Milanese in Italy!
Outside seating is exceptional. Food is outstanding. Great wine list.
A beautiful setting for a beautiful evening, Forte dei Marmi provided elegance, welcoming, and a kicker of a craft cocktail with chili flakes! Michael's grace and joy guided us through our meal efficiently as my wife an I shared an utterly delectable salt-encrusted branzino unveiled tableside to perfection. This is truly "fine" Italian dining, creative and lovingly prepared. Thank you for a memorable time. Our only regret was our having to leave Miami Beach before joining you for another meal. We shall return!
It was a super restaurant that was beautifully appointed and the food matched the beautiful surroundings - and everyone was truly from Italy - what a pleasure ! A must!
Dinner was great! Portions were a bit small but the food was amazing so it’s okay. We weren’t offered a wine menu. It was a busy night. Servers we very nice but all over the place. I would definitely go back!
Gracious hospitality by all. Tuna tartar, artichoke salad, veal tonnato all were great. Branzino and chicken were ok, but have had much better entrees here. It was a Saturday night but still had the friendliest and best service in Miami. Also great wine list. Charming setting. A few weeks ago had a pasta with tuna Genoese that was outstanding. Desserts looked fab but we were being righteous
Great food, service and ambience! Definitely coming back and recommend.
The branzino for two was awesome. We still dream of it.
This is a hidden gem in Miami Beach, unfortunately overlooked by visitors and foodies. The two times we’ve dined there the food was way above Miami standards as well as the service. You truly feel like you are in a good restaurant in Italy, including the service. If you’re looking for an elegant, quality food experience, without the glitz of the trendy beach hotspots, then this place is for you.
Very pretty. Very good service. Artichoke salad ordinary. Pasta with zucchini delicious but very small portion. Ditto for branzino- tasty, but not special and small. Husband had to order additional pasta. Nice but expensive for what it was. For that price should be special.
