   My wife and I had dinner last nite at Forno 31. The pasta and antipasti dishes we ordered were high quality and excellent taste; the best we have had in 10 years in AZ, despite a humble atmosphere. Five Stars!

   We have visited Forno 301 several times in the past and would always rate it 5/5. However, our experience last night was very disappointing. The pasta special of the day was mediocre at best. We ordered coffee to go with our dessert, and it was served in the tiniest cup I have ever seen--even in Europe. The cup looked like something from a young child's play tea set. It held two swallows of coffee. What's up with that? Will we return? Yes. We are hoping the restaurant was just experiencing an off night. We now know better than to ever order coffee there again. Their house red wine is good. We will stick with that.

   Some of the best pastas I’ve had. Authentic and fresh. Pizza is good, ingredients are top notch, I wish the crust was a bit crispier. Overall excellent place

   pizza was soggy, probably because they put cherry tomatoes in. that’s no excuse for soggy pizza. ravioli and salad both tasty. service is decent.
