Fantastic cocktails and cool vibe. We tried 5 different cocktails on the menu and greatly enjoyed them all. Get the A lotta butta for dessert!

Los cocteles están excelentes, e incluso probamos algunos que no se parecen a nada que hayamos probado antes. Muy buena decoración y ambiente del lugar. La iluminación de la barra le da un gran toque. Un área de oportunidad es la comida: únicamente tienen tres cosas, de las cuales una es simplemente un bollo de pan con mantequilla. Creo que podrían esforzarse más e incluir unas dos o tres opciones adicionales.

En la Roma Norte… territorio fértil de tendencias efímeras… FOMA se planta como un manifiesto. No es un bar: es una idea bien servida. Detrás de su nombre, Form + Matter, hay algo más que estilo. Hay una filosofía. Cada cóctel, cada gesto, cada bocado responde a una lógica que mezcla alquimia, arquitectura y audacia. Diseñado por Alberto Kalach, el espacio impone con su brutalismo sobrio. Nada decora, todo enmarca. La forma prepara el terreno para la materia: nitrógeno, fat wash, infusiones con precisión científica y un paladar que no teme lo desconocido. Aquí no se bebe por inercia. Se explora. El Patagonia Fizz es geografía líquida: yerba mate, gin, pomelo y menta. El Spicy Espresso Martini es vértigo: tequila, café y chiles que punzan con elegancia. Y el Good Sex —aceituna, Tanqueray 10, aceite de chile— desafía al clásico martini llevándolo a terrenos casi animales. La cocina acompaña con igual intención: brioche con mantequilla al Zacapa 23 o bao de chicharrón con miel de miso. Bocados breves pero pensados, como notas al pie de un ensayo. FOMA no presume. Exige. No es para el que busca pasar el rato, sino para el que quiere entender qué puede ser un trago cuando se toma en serio. Un bar donde el hedonismo es lúcido, y la sofisticación no es pose, sino respeto. No se trata solo de beber. Se trata de pensar, sentir y luego (si queda aliento) brindar.
