El Cellar 6 es el principal restaurante de vinos y cocteles de Saint Augustine. El Cellar 6, situado en pleno centro de Saint Augustine, ofrece un menú completo creado por su admirable chef, que incluye cada semana platillos principales, sopas, ensaladas, sándwiches, aperitivos y postres especiales. El restaurante también ofrece una amplia selección de vinos, así como más de 30 vinos varietales que cuentan con una excelente calificación de Wine Spectator y son servidos por copa por menos de 10 USD. We have gone to this restaurant many times and it never disappoints. The food and drinks are delicious, we are never rushed, wait staff is awesome, and the ambiance is perfect. Lots of great drinks and apps too. Highly recommend.

We noticed hospitality didn’t quite match the rest of the experience, and Ethan was your server, he's usually a guest favorite, so we’d love to know how he could have improved. Your feedback helps us grow and make sure every visit feels just right, especially on big occasions like this.

Fabulous good! Shrimp and grits and the mussels were both very good. Cocktails were also very good although one was a bit overpriced at $22. Our server was very good but.the gal.that delivered our food was grumpy, not helpful and clearly did not want to be there! All in all, we'd got back again and can recommemd the restaurant.

Deborah, we're so glad you and your guests enjoyed the shrimp & grits and mussels, those are some of our favorites around here. Our $22 namesake cocktail uses high-quality, hard-to-source ingredients, which can affect the price, but we appreciate the honest feedback. Sorry to hear the food runner didn’t reflect the warm hospitality we aim for. That’s not the experience we want to provide, and we’ll address it with the team. We went there first for lunch. We had a great server named Ethan. He was very pleasant but obviously not very knowledgeable about cocktails since he was only 19 y/o. We ordered the crispy artichokes. They just had too much breading and the sauce was way too rich. We also ordered the egg rolls which were way too spicy. We then ordered the meatballs. The meatballs were good but the white cheesy sauce they used was way too rich and overpowering. We then returned at night with a much larger group. We were told we couldn't seat inside and that we needed to seat outside even though there was a very large table available. We were also told that if we sat outside we couldn't get anyone to serve us. We started ordering cocktails from the bar and the bartender asked why we were not being served. In the meantime, two people sat next to us outside and we realized that they were being served while we were not. After then having a conversation with the manager that's when we finally were able to get someone to come serve our table. High expectations with this place but big disappointment at the end.

Ed, we appreciate the detailed feedback and are sorry to hear your experience didn’t live up to your expectations. Ethan is one of our standout team members and has an impressive knowledge of alcohol, for someone under 21, though he understandably can’t sample them. That said, he should’ve brought in a bartender or manager to help with your questions, and we’ll be sure to remind our team of that option. We understand our menu isn’t for everyone, and it’s a bit surprising you chose to return that evening after a less-than-satisfying lunch, but we’re truly sorry the patio seating confusion added to your frustration. Someone from our team should have stepped in sooner to take care of you and your guests. We’ll address that internally so it doesn’t happen again.

Isabel was our server. She was phenomenal., just like any other staff in your restaurant, very consistent and good service. Glad to see the mussels dish, now have the chorizo back as an ingredient, It the best. The flat iron steak was good and so was the steak sandwich. Drinks are phenomenal as always, your bartenders are true mixologist very consistent I would stay hands-down, forgotten tonic is the best restaurant in Saint Augustine!

Our dining experience at Forgotten Tonic was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully executed, making it one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The signature Forgotten Tonic cocktail was perfectly balanced and refreshing, setting the tone for the evening. The Cajun eggroll was a bold and flavorful appetizer, while the redfish sandwich was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. We ended on a high note with the crème brûlée, which was silky smooth with a perfectly caramelized top. Service was equally impressive. James, our server, was attentive and knowledgeable, and Brandon, the bartender, crafted drinks with both skill and flair. Both went above and beyond—A+++ service all around. This is a hidden gem that truly lives up to its name. Forgotten Tonic is not to be missed, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
