We were inspired to create this new face for our hotel after our wonderful city's background in foundry work. We are so excited to offer you all of our dishes along with our story. We had a holiday meal here before the pandemic and thought it was pretty good and decided to try it again. Big mistake. Food was just poor in general. Shrimp and turkey were the exception. Too many off the wall and not enough typical foods. One choice of green salad loaded with beets and strong onions. Out the door for $157 for two people. Extremely disappointed. I guess they lost their previous kitchen staff.
Lovely atmosphere and delicious thanksgiving dinner! Couldn’t have been better!

They just did not have the tradition flavors of a Thanksgiving dinner.
The staff really tried to do a good job but they were clearly limited and had people working in positions they don't usually hold.
The food was cold and not as tasty as one would hope when paying $60.00 per person.
The dessert table was incredibly disappointing and genuinely looked like they had bought Thanksgiving cookies from Food City.
It was very quiet for a Saturday night with only 25/30% of the tables occupied. The server did a good job but the wait to wrap up took about 20/25 minutes to return with change. The food was not groundbreaking for the price but definitely prepared well and the presentation was good. Overall, it was a good hotel restaurant.
Mason was our server, and he was polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. The restaurant was actually quiet enough to carry on a conversation. The food and the drinks were excellent. We will definitely be back!
Sunday brunch was a limited menu of low quality food. Coupled with slow, poor service despite being one of two couples in the restaurant made for an underwhelming experience. I expected more from a conference center.
Promptly seated and informed of minimal staffing. Limited seating provided for a quiet dining experience. Individuals present were very attentive and our meal was delivered in a timely manner.
The food was ok. The environment was great and so was the service. It's a hotel restaurant so the price per value isn't the best.
Food was great, a little off the beaten track but worth the drive down Broad.
Food was exceptionally tasty and plentiful. Kudos to the cook. Thank you to the chef for using tested and standardized flavor quality in your menu.

Fried green tomatoes were good

I ordered the steak and it was very tough to cut- taste was average-

Super clean and spacious seating. Meal was VERY good! Our waiter was amazing. Couldn't ask for more.

The food was outstanding. We had the steak and chicken. I was shocked that such a nice restaurant was in a hotel. We will definitely be back
We enjoyed everything we ordered. The honey chicken with Mac n cheese and broccoli I was amazing, steak and frites was cooked perfectly and the fries are truly some of the best I’ve had due to the Indian spice seasoning. The burger was also so very good. Very limited menu but I like a small menu so that was good for us. Service was fabulous and the ambiance was nice too. Open kitchen but quiet. Chairs we comfortable for relaxing in conversation after our meal. We will definitely be back and recommend to others to try ASAP. Thank you!
The chicken was amazing! Our services was great! The menu is small and they don’t have specials. Make sure you see something you like before going. You will not be disappointed!!
Got there at 730, at 9 still no food. They were not busy. Very limited menu and was out of items

We are so glad we did, because the food was absolutely amazing! It is a limited menu, but we were happy with our choices. We will be back next weekend for my birthday dinner.
It was the intimate atmosphere that I loved. The food was awesome! Chef took time to come introduce himself after everyone received their food.
Excellent food and great experience!
The restaurant looks great and the service was good. Sadly the food was disappointing across the board. The chicken has SO much sage in IT- seriously like a box of stove top stuffing. The grits under the short rib were too loose- no tooth to them or creaminess that you would expect. The sea bass was just ok the verge of being over cooked and the risotto was incredibly salty.
What was good and I would recommend you order if you go- the fried green tomatoes were delicious- and I’m pretty particular about them. Also the burger was really enjoyed by my fellow diner.
I know this place is just getting started - my hope is Tim’s was just a bad night.
Also we didn’t complain and didn’t give the rest
