We had a 6:15 reservation (2) and were seated promptly, upon being seated we ordered two cocktails. At 6:50 we were still waiting on our cocktails at which time I decided I no longer wanted my cocktail, and upon informing a staff personnel ( manger ?) he brought out our cocktails. Note: there was no charges for our cocktails. The food was just ok.

Considering this space used to be the Holiday Inn in-house restaurant, it's come a long way. Food was excellent as was the service. Place was pretty full since it was Charlotte Queens Feast Restaurant Week so while the noise level was a little loud, it was very manageable. Overall, it was a very nice meal.

Loved our dinner at forchetta. Everything was delicious and the place itself had such a fantastic vibe as well as wonderful service. Would 100% go back.

This is the worst "Italian" restaurant we have ever been to. Only 1 pasta dish on the menu, lasagna, and it was nothing more than pasta and meat sauce. Chicken had absolutely no taste. No seasoning, marinade, nothing. Prices we were charged did not match the menu that was posted outside so they overcharged us for bad food. This was booked as a birthday celebration and it became the most dissatisfying event of the year, by far. Do not go to this "hotel" restaurant. Stay away!
