   “Big shoutout to Mattia in particular and the rest of the team. We went there on a bank holiday Monday, and the restaurant was absolutely packed. We had such an amazing time, and the quality of the food served was absolutely spot on. The Provola e Pepe was top notch, as was the vegan zucchini pizza.

   I had a fantastic evening at Forbici yesterday. Mattia gave us a warm welcome, and the service throughout was exceptional. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and bold, authentic flavours that truly reflect the Neapolitan tradition. The atmosphere was stylish and inviting. I’ll definitely be back and won’t hesitate to recommend it to friends!

   Small plates were expensive for what they were and had too much cheese on them - couldn’t taste any beef ragu. The pizza was drenched in oil - and was cold very quick (left out on the side for two long) The restaurant was v cold as the door was constantly open. Service was spot on and staff very attentive. Had better pizzas

   I found the pizza very wet and the base almost undercooked. Not for me.

   Konumu çok güzel, yeni bir restaurant. Kızımla birlikte denemek istedik. İkimizde pizza sipariş ettik. Pizza geldiğinde kocaman gözüküyordu eyvah bunu yiyemem çok büyük dedim ama hepsini bitşrdim. Pizza uzun zamandır yediğim en güzel pizzaydı. Kızım da ben de bayıldık. Dondurmaları da çok lezzetli yani herşey çok iyiydi. Bundan sonra Manchester da yeni yemek mekanımız burası olacak.

   Delicious pizza!! It was fantastic, amazing dough and very light. Loved the restaurant itself too, the only point is that they should have a vegan dessert on the menu, besides the vegan ice cream. Something with pistachio will be fab

   This should be the only pizza restaurant in Manchester where you can use scissors to cut into slices, which feels more convenient than other utensils.
