This is a great neighborhood restaurant to meet friend for a casual dinner. Food is good.
It was a nice wholesome setting for a Sunday brunch. Eclectic menu and presentation was above satisfactory.
My husband and I had an excellent meal here. We truly loved everything we had and the waitress was very sweet and attentive! Would definitely go back.
Fun, active atmosphere w/ mediocre, at best, food. They need to do something to make their food more tasty.
I love Foragers Table but if you're looking to hold any kind of conversation, it's just loud. The food is always delicious and the servers are lovely.
Ran the Marathon
Waiter was exceptional. Avocado toast was delicious but there was more avocado than bread. I would suggest giving a second slice...especially when someone forgoes the egg.
Perfect breakfast in every way.
Salad was very salty and the deviled eggs had bad ratio (too much egg yolk). Service was great and the ambiance of the place was pleasant
Wonderful place. Excellent cocktails and wines. Food is always very good.
Amazing delicious affordable farm to table. The service is always impeccable!
Excellent, fresh and seasonal dishes. Service was superb. Start to finish was wonderful. We will be back.
Appetizers are best part
Also I like the greeters
Service is always friendly and knowledgeable
I wish the broth was featured more in fall - fewer options I wanted for main dish
Cauliflower steak was good but didn’t like soupy consistency of sauces
Mock tails excellent Sbd well described by wAiter
The food at Foragers is amazing. The service was terrible. Our waiter forgot and ignored us multiple times. Our dinners didn't come out together (one meal took 5 minutes longer than the others). We ordered a bottle of wine when three of our meals were delivered and we were almost done eating by the time the wine arrived. But when I asked for the check? 3.5 seconds later it was on the table and my card was run. Ouch.
Foragers never disappoints! I particularly enjoyed the soup and fish. Fried caulilini were a treat.
Service by Hilary was awesome! Food was delish. kept asking myself why hadn't i been there before? i've been in the city for +15 years. i know what i was missing.
craving those pancakes might keep me up at night
Burger was excellent, and tnd the cauliflower steak was beautifully sauced.
Had we not had brunch at Cookshop the day before I may have been more impressed. The ambience was nice, but not amazing. The server seemed disinterested and less than personable. She wasn't bad. Just didn't really care. The food was pretty good. I wouldn't say I was disappointed. I just wasn't impressed.
restaurant was clearly understaffed. We waited 15 minutes for the waiter to take our order. We saw another couple get up and leave after sitting at their table for 15 minutes and no waiter had approached them.
It was too loud
The food is always very good, as are the cocktails. Bar and food service was not well coordinated with some of our party served several minutes before others.
Lovely dinner. Food and ambiance are wonderful. My partner and I had a wonderful time.
Great meal, great service! We were a party of 4 with very different taste palates and we all left feeling very well satisfied. Staff was attentive and I love the open kitchen. I even stopped at the market afterwards to purchase the the best mint tea I ever had!
Delicious meal and exceptional service by Joanne. Had the ‘butchers cut’ and octopus and they were delicious. The ricotta cake dessert was heaven.
Beet Barley Burger and fingerling potatoes... excellent.
Nice beer and wine offerings.
A brief menu that does offer something for everyone. Papperdelle and duck breast outstanding. The Caulicollie appetizer was perfect tempura. The kitchen's attention to special dietary needs was exemplary!
Awesome! Can’t wait to visit again when in NYC! Food was amazing. Service was wonderful!!!
Supremely disappointing. Usually enjoy the place a lot and come in about once a month with various friends. Tonight was a complete failure.
- Sat 20min late
- food arrived before drinks
- no bread available, and we had to ask before we were told they were out
- roasted chicken was more akin to roasted pigeon - small portion, more bone than meat, over cooked, and really dry
- branzino special was less than half the filet you’d get elsewhere, but with a $3 upcharge
- last call for drinks happened before we had made it halfway through the meal (and had only recently gotten our first round)
- at no point did a server, manager, or host apologize or make any effort to compensate for what clearly was an “off” night.
- the best part of the meal were the chocolate covered pretzels i bought in the market to snack on while we waited the additional time for our table to be set
I have many food allergies that they were able to handle. My husband, who could eat anything, also loved the food. We don’t often find a restaurant that satisfies both of us. The food is creative and delicious! Staff is friendly and attentive. Just gets a bit noisy the later it gets. Highly recommended.
Our meals were delicious and our service was excellent. We really loved the deviled eggs. My only complaint was the noise level.
I was looking for a nice, healthy place for brunch, this one seemed perfect. The food was really delicious without being fatty or gross, the coffee was on point, the ambiance was a little less impressive than the photographs let on, but that didn't bother us too much. Definitely a very loud place though, not very good sound attenuation.
Great omelette and sausage, excellent service.
We went for brunch. The food was excellent, the service friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back.
Very good, on all fronts!
Outstanding brunch in Chelsea. Very nice market attached to the restaurant too.
Service and food OUTSTANDING
The food was very tasty for sure which is this place's shining point, but my $45 price fix meal consisted of 1/3 of a chicken breast (about 4 bites), a wing, and a leg. Overpriced for the volume of food. My server told me I would receive a breast and a thigh, and this did not happen. While service was good in the beginning, service after the food was served was non-existent. We were not asked how our meal was at all or if we were happy/not happy. The salad was fabulous, but the chocolate tort didn't taste like chocolate. I won't go back.
Great farm to table restaurant. Flavors are great without the food being too heavy
Meh, it was ok. Nothing spectacular. Portions are too small.
