Great date night dinner with exceptional food. Atmosphere was great and very chill. Would recommend to anyone!
Such a fun place to go! Definitely recommend checking out this restaurant. Amazing food and such a cool ceiling!
Wasn’t to impressed with the food. Prices are average but I think if your going for sushi, there’s better places. Service wasn’t awesome either, maybe they’re short staffed but it was slow, got our food before our drinks and we spaced out our orders so the apps would come first and we still got the main course first. It wasn’t the ambiance or experience I was hoping for my husbands birthday.
Our food was served in a mismatched way. One entree poke was brought out first. Later the salads were brought out with the sushi. The sushi was on one plate although each of us had ordered our own sushi to be individually served.
Reservation was at 7:15. I understand everything was backed up but people that got there after me had their food an drink before me. Waited 30 for drinks an when the food came it all came in increments. Like I said, everything was backed up so I couldn’t be too upset. But, for a birthday dinner. I expected a little more
Very cool restaurant, sushi was amazing, and our server was doing a great job despite being understaffed. I had hoped that a reservation would get us space from others but we were seated directly next to a huge group of people and it was too loud to talk to my husband on our date.
delicious food with lots of options to choose from, great wine selection
Empty restaurant but no one at the host stand. Food was just okay & entrees were delivered to the table before the appetizers. I dont think we’ll return.
Great food-terrific service!
We were served raw chicken skewers. When I mean raw, the chicken was still clucking. Only thing missing was the cock a doodle do. The sushi was decent. They didn’t seem to concerned that we were served and ate raw chicken thighs. The decided to comp the $4 skewer amd gave us one free drink, thanks. The server was nice.
Birthday dinner was amazing. Ordered a bunch of different appetizers and entrees. Ginger créeme brûlée was out of this world. Took a bite and ordered another immediately.
Food was still good, the crowd was mehhh, and overall it had a "tired" feeling and not the cool spot I remembered it being. Somewhere between appetizers and main course the waiter totally forgot about us, and wouldn't even make eye contact. Someone got a whiff of what was going on and they did comp a couple of our dishes, but I would have preferred getting to make it to our comedy act on time. The whole meal took almost 2 hours and about an hour of it was waiting. I hope they can find the right staffing again and get this place to where it used to be...
Foraged is a MUST! The sushi was outstanding and Chef Duy took the best care of us. Next time we are in LoDo we will be back.
Excellent for Gluten Free. They us gluten free tamari instead of soy sauce
Good but not great
Went for a celebration dinner with 6 other people and it took 40 minutes after we were seated to be asked if we wanted drinks (and that was only after one of us went to find someone). The server didn’t know that they were supposed to be working our table. After waiting for drinks and then finally getting them, we didn’t have time to eat dinner - we were really looking forward to having sushi here and trying the food. I understand that there is a staff shortage in the industry so I don’t want to say that people shouldn’t give them a chance- we just got a bad night. The ambience was amazing and so was the location, I will definitely come back and give them a second chance so we can try the food!
Solid service, food quality, and atmosphere, as always.
Food was average. Service was super slow. We had to wait a long time for someone to come help us. Also took a long time for food and drinks to come out. Everyone was getting impatient.
The sushi and baby octopus was very good. The grilled skewers were just ok and weren’t a good bang for your buck. We weren’t greeted by anyone at the door. The dirty dishes on our table and on the tables next to us were there the whole time and never got bussed.
We loved our experience and Hannah was just an amazing server, just what we needed to celebrate my sister's engagement.
close to milk market, right off dairy block... sushi.
Enjoyed a delicious dinner here with my family, who run from vegan to carnivore. Service was excellent and food satisfied. Not cheap, but worth it.
Some of the worst service ever - nearly two hours for our sushi main dishes.
An elevated sushi experience in a fun and lively setting. Food was INCREDIBLE. Get the NY strip & foie gras nigiri with a quail egg shooter. You will not regret it.
The atmosphere was great but the food was very mediocre and overpriced for the quality. Servers were nice and drinks were good but would not dine again just HH.
Great food, nice ambience (although on the loud side), however, the poor wait staff was running up and down stairs between kitchen and bar and we felt overlooked and under-appreciated. They did comp us a glass of wine each, however, I don’t think I’ll be back until they are fully staffed.
food was overpriced but good. Too may televisions and noise which made dinner conversation almost impossible on first floor
Reserved on Open Table for 10:00pm - received confirmation of my reservation but when my party showed up for our reservation we were told they close at 10:00 and could not seat us. Very frustrating, especially since I was entertaining business clients.
Was looking forward to trying this restaurant. But, tamago nigiri was plain and forgetful. Miso cod was very salty; but, on the other hand, the yakitori was not well flavored. The same teriyaki sauce was applied to all piece of yakitori which was unappealing. Service was slow. Ambiance was very loud and noisy. Would not return.
It was amazing great food great service, amazing chandelier
Great fun menu and the happy hour is good
Celebrated son's engagement. Staff seemed to care! Appetizers and rolls were very good. Bento box with chicken was pretty good. Chicken and rice had great flavor.
They gave us a dessert to help the celebration. Nice! Wine was reasonably priced. A good experience.
They were setting up for live entertainment on the first floor. We ate upstairs.
Would go back.
Great food and ambiance and good overall value.
Cool place, but loud music. The server was in a rush the whole time. Half of us got our apps and meals before the rest of the table got any of their dishes, so the timing of food coming out was awkward. Sushi was okay. Probably won’t come back.
A little overpriced for quality of food. Felt like they were trying a little too hard. I want it to be good but I don’t think I’ll be hurrying back. The restaurant is gorgeous.
I made my reservation, but the restaurant had closed an hour and a half prior to the reservation time.
Amazing food with sushi chef Duy. It is an expensive experience but one you will quickly say “totally worth it”. Absolutely amazing flavor pairings and every bite was something unique and incredible.
We were celebrating a birthday and we had a fantastic evening! Our server was so kind and fun for all of us. Excellent experience!
Great food and atmosphere
