   The food was not seasoned and cold. Our first steak was sent back because it was over cooked. The 2nd steak came back almost raw. Our server was nice and really tried her best. It wasnt her fault the food was horrible. The Apple dessert was really good though.

   My Ribeye was full of gristle and cooked the rare side of medium when I ordered it medium well. The smashed potatoes were round potatoes cut in half. The potatoes were also burned. The dish was supposed to come with broccoli, but came with green beans instead. The waitress did not tell us that they were out of broccoli until we questioned it. The wind constantly whipped through the restaurant when the doors to the patio, which faced the ocean, opened for diners or staff. The wind was strong enough to blow paper items off the table and was cold. It took the bar 20 minutes to fulfill our original drink order. I would not recommend this restaurant, nor return. It was one of the worst meals that I have had in quite a while.

   The service was awful. Our server gave my card away to a random person. Also, the lady was so rude to our table and treated us poorly. If the 20% tip wasn’t already added on our bill I wouldn’t of tipped anything. Would not recommend.

   One thing very odd. One of us did not want the fries coming with a New York strip. The waitress had advices us each meal was cooked to order so it might take a bit for the food. So when she said he could not swap fries for another potato option that seemed very peculiar My meal came with a smashed potato and that was what he wanted. Everything else was fine.

   Very loud. Had to wait 45 minutes to get entree after ordering due to large group that had ordered just ahead of us - clearly did not have enough staff. Fish and chips ($26) - grouper was way over cooked and almost inedible. Won’t be going back!

   Food was good. If you are looking for a quiet place for a nice meal look somewhere else. Extremely noisy, kids running around its a hotel restaurant with a good chef. Not my ideal dinner.

   Great food! Ate at Perch another night and must say those are the two best meals we had in the area. Great presentation - menu choices and flavor !! Don’t miss these two restaurants at The Lodge at Gulf Shores State Park.

    I’m visiting my parents here from washington DC and they were looking for something nice with a sunset view that wasn’t bbq or fried seafood - this place was great. the snapper was excellent, they had a decent wine list, and the service was outstanding (Hope was our server - she was wonderful.) we’ll definitely be back!

    The food was terrible…Ordered three orders of pear flat bread..They all were burnt and inedible… I have been to your restaurant several times and the food has always been good so I don’t know what happened….

    Our entrees were very nicely done. Tasted great. Our servers were attentive and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the bartender who served us a cocktail at the bar when we arrived.

    We are local and this was our first time. We came became we had special friends in town and wanted Brunch reservations. You were only one taking group of 4 Brunch reservations. So glad we came. Loved it!!! Got there about 30 min of Brunch starting; however we were able to partake in their fabulous Bloody Mary Bar. Choice of Vodka’s, 8 different types BM mixes. Spicy, Mild, Vegs, all natural and more. The topping selection was great. Sat out on porch beach front to wait on table. We were seated on time for reservation. Brunch was wonderful !!! Prices in line with nice restaurant in OB AL. We will be back. PS. our server, Jess, was OUTSTANDING!!! We enjoyed her impeccable service and charming.

    We went for the breakfast buffet this time but honestly we've done dinner and lunch and never had a bad meal. Service is friendly and fast. Atmosphere is cozy even though it's a good size place and the view is fantastic.

    Beautiful setting. Went for Thursday beef buffet. Hot foods were lukewarm and carved beef by chef was tough and too garlicky. Best part was warm bread pudding. Would not recommend to others.

    A pet peeve of mine is being asked what I want to drink right after I’ve been seated and before I have even had a chance to consider my options. And a real service failure for me is to have my check brought before I have even finished eating my meal. No offer of a second glass of wine? No offer of an after dinner drink? Don’t want to increase the bill for a bigger tip? Sorry, the service was poor. And it’s a huge part of the overall dining experience.

    The entree was excellent. The service was excellent.. the ambiance was really good. We ordered the cream brûlée for dessert…. Tasted like it was made hours before. The custard was soupy cold and the crust was cold and flavorless…

    First visit here. We had an early reservation so we could enjoy the sunset views. We were seated by a window that afforded us great views of the Gulf and the sunset. Food, drinks, service and ambiance were also outstanding. We'd go back if we happen to vacation again in Gulf Shores.

    First time attending this event. The salad bar was minimal with just greens and a choice of dressing. The vegetables were plentiful and a nice variety. The potatoes were very good. Unfortunately, the beef was tough as leather. We overheard others commenting the same about the meat, including a farmer who told the men serving the cuts of meat that the meat was terrible. The desserts were very good and nicely displayed. There was a great assortment of rolls and breads. We will try this event again because we thought the organizers did an excellent job putting it all together. Our server was excellent!

    We had the roast beef buffet. The hostess greeted us with a smile and seated us by the window with a great view. Our server Brooke was exceptional, the food was great and a great value. We will definitely be returning customers.

    We had a great time, our food was very good, our server was Ashley, and she was just fantastic. She got our drinks quickly, our orders were all correct, and we enjoyed visiting with her. She was friendly and personable, you are very fortunate to have such good help.

    We saw the advertisement for Foodcraft winter of 2022, gave it a try and booked for every Thursday evening after. We were very happy to see Foodcraft advertise for this winter as well. We plan to regulars. We love the food, the service, and the ambiance. For all of the above the price is worth every penny

    Great quality food, innovative recipes, sweet and attentive waitress. However, the online menu does not match with what they have in the restaurant. We came from a long way to have fish-and-chips for lunch, which is on the online lunch menu, only to be told that at lunch time they only serve brunch menu, and the fish-and-chips only at dinner. I still give the restaurant 5 stars, but they should make sure they don't offer deceptive information on the website. Some menu items are a bit overpriced, but overall great quality and nice beach location.

    We arrived on time for our reservation. We got our appetizers an hour later and then immediately the meal. Staff was not properly trained although very nice. Management, do better for your staff.
