   The food was incredible 1000/10, the atmosphere was relaxing and the personal was so good. Pretty place to lunch

   Everybody is very nice and the ambiance is great (beautiful place). However, they somehow forgot about us and after bringing the Prosecco bottle we ordered they did not come back to take our order. We had to ask twice and when the food finally arrived, we had 10 minutes to eat it because we had a theater function. We arrived at 12:30 and were served the food we ordered at 1:45 pm… Very disappointing experience.

   You will always have a fabulous meal at the Fontana Restaurant at The Biltmore Hotel. The service is always impeccable. The chef always delivers. And the wine list is amazing. We always enjoy sitting outside by the large fountain, weather permitting. We highly recommend this restaurant!

   Outstanding! What a great afternoon. The food was great and the service even better! We sat right by the fountain. Very romantic. Perfect day!

   It started to rain but the staff did not know to handle it fast enough. We had to carry our own food to the inside tables. Otherwise everything was great. Food was lovely and serving folks were very polite and needless to say ambience was top notch.

    This was literally the worst experience I’ve EVER HAD. My Boyfriend and I arrived at 7:45 for our 8pm reservation. Got sat right away, not the problem. The problem was leaving at 9:20 WITH OUT EATING DINNER! As we were leaving people who got sat after us were eating dessert. Not once have I ever experienced a problem like this in my life…… The fact this is a luxury and historic place and treated me worse than a Chili’s or McDonald’s is absolutely insane. The only person who seemed to care was the manager because our waitress ignored me everytime I said excuse me or smiled and waved. Also not to mention they never cleared any plates from the table or refilled our waters. Yet everyone side got well taken care of. Her services were nothing short of horrific. So judging by everyone else who ate and got dessert being straight couples I literally have nothing else to believe but we weren’t served dinner because we are a gay couple. Again I will be recommending people to AVIOD this place especially if they are gay. Thank you for highlighting the terrible luxury experiences in Miami and contributing to that. Btw the AMAZING MANAGER is Alberto Huerta and he needs to be promoted and given a raise for the way he handled everything!!
