   Staff were friendly and the restaurant looks pretty. The menu is varied and there’s a good drink selection. Those are the good points however we did encounter a few issues. We ordered starters and mains thinking that we’d have a long leisurely lunch. For some reason both courses were brought out together so our mains were sat going cold while we ate our starters. The food was good but it was just strange that it was served all at once. Our first couple of cocktails were lovely. My friend explained to our server that she must avoid drinks with sugar syrup as it can trigger her asthma. The server was so helpful and checked everything with the bar staff. As the restaurant got a bit busier we ended up being served by a different member of staff. My friend ordered the same cocktail again but when it arrived it seemed different. After a couple of sips she could tell that it had sugar syrup in. She questioned this with the server who checked with the bar staff and discovered this time it had been made with syrup despite it not being listed on the cocktail ingredients on the menu. They apologised and said they would remake it. They asked if we would like to see the manager. We explained to the manager what had happened and that we were concerned about their communication process regarding dietary requirements. She apologised again and took the cost of the drink off the bill. She then questioned my friend as to what she was actually allergic to as it was just sugar and syrup. This seemed incredibly rude and patronising as it was not really her place to question how someone could be allergic to that. My friend explained that it is not an allergy as such but it does trigger her asthma so she avoids anything with it in. They didn’t seem to take our concerns seriously at all. I wouldn’t be confident to eat here if you had a dietary requirement. We paid our bill and left. It’s a real shame that our experience ended up like this as our first impressions were so good.

   Had a fantastic bottomless brunch, food was really delicious and the cocktails were delicious and flowing. Would defo recommend and will be returning. Thanks fomo.

   The whole Sunday lunch menu thing is ridiculous. Nobody goes to a Japanese themed restaurant for an English roast. The music was far too loud for a Sunday afternoon.

   The ladies who seen to us was lovely and very helpful. I ordered a sexy fish cocktail was amazing so ordered another and it can in a tiny wine glass very underwhelming half the size and didn't taste the same at nearly 10 pound each I expected the same. Food was extremely over priced for what we received not good for the price Loved the music and ambience Wouldn't go again shame realy lovely place

   The actual evening was really nice. Food was lovely, and so were the drinks and the restaurant has a lovely vibe. The servers were a little slow but it was a Saturday so we weren’t surprised by this. We ordered drinks on the app and when they bought them over they were a bit off and said we shouldn’t do that, we were surprised they hadn’t told us that when we sat down. They also charged me a no-show fee even though we were definitely there. I have tried to contact them but I haven’t heard back which is a shame as it has put me off going there again.

   The girls were so lovely and approchable. The bao buns were so good. Sweet and sour chicken balls were nice but could do a bit more sauce? Fried rice could be a bit better for the price but chips were lovely. Drinks were all 10/10

   My family and I had one of the worst experiences of food and service in this place, i booked a table for my birthday, the service itself was so shocking, we had to keep asking for the most basic things like cutlery and water. Ridiculous service and attitude from one of the servers when we asked again for cutlery as we could t even start eating without any forks at all ok the table. When they did bring cutlery it was dirty we had to ask for serviettes and again received attitude from the server. The starters were the only thing that made sense we all thought at least now it’s better, then came the main courses, we got the salmon which was £20 and obviously expected to be great, and lamb. The food was horrible the salmon was literally just plain no taste with a load of sauce poured all over it. This was not chef food or fine dining. A TOTAL WATER OF MONEY. My birthday dinner was a ridiculous experience I didn’t even want to see the bill because we left all the food uneaten and it felt like the biggest waste. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR FOOD. They can stick to drinks.

    Taken my mum for a Mother’s Day meal. Great place for a special occasion. We had a slight issue on an offer made available however management honoured a return offer. Please with overall service so going back with some friends.
