Fold is a neighbourhood Bistro and Bottle Shop with community at its heart.

A menu of delicious British seasonal sharing plates, with multi-cultural influences and a touch of North West nostalgia throughout.

Our drinks list includes carefully curated natural, organic, and classic wines from our favourite producers, as well as the best beers and hand-crafted cocktails to enjoy in the bistro at the bar or to go.

We responsibly source all our ingredients, supporting communities and using local suppliers where possible.

Guests will enjoy a refined 6-course tasting menu, beginning with chef snacks and moving through a lineup of exceptional dishes. Dan will create three courses, with the Fold team presenting three of our own – a one-off menu crafted to celebrate the best of both chefs. Optional wine flight available 🍷 With only limited tickets, this intimate event is expected to fill quickly. Please call the restaurant before booking if the party has any dietaries or allergies to confirm that they can be catered for. Another wonderful visit to Fold! So much to choose on the menu- we need to return to try some more. Delicious food- great service and the terrace is great too!

I suffered a slipped disc that morning and couldn’t go, but my partner and her father did. Despite partial late-cancellation on a very busy day (Father’s Day) the restaurant were understanding, didn’t charge for the missing covers, and I’m told the food and service were excellent. The staff sent back a tiramisu for me (to eat flat on my back!) which was very kind. I’ve been before and will go again. Really excellent restaurant.

Fold is an amazing place. The food is superb. Attention to detail is impressive. The vegetables weren’t a ‘side’ they were stars in their own right. Service is attentive without being intrusive and staff members are well informed. When I asked for a Pedro Ximenez to accompany my desert I was told that they didn’t have any but I was given a recommendation of an alternative which was a Spanish Merlot based port style of wine, so delicious that I bought a bottle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

A gorgeous restaurant in the heart of Marple Bridge. We were made to feel so welcome and truly looked after by the staff. As it was our 1st visit, Nathan recommended items from the breakfast menu. The portions were generous and the food was amazing. Such a great place and we will definitely be back again. Thank you to all at Fold.
