   Service was extremely slow. Beverly Hills location is better

   Even with reservation’s there was still a wait. The food was okay, I’ve had better on other occasions that we have visited. The services was horrible. I understand it was busy but our waiter was slow to come around and check in. We order drinks that took over 20 minutes to arrive each time and I we order dessert and that took over 30 minutes. If I would have know I would have never ordered it even though it was probably the best thing we had. I was disappointed for sure, specially with the amount we spent.

   Food is always great, only thing that I slightly didn’t appreciate is that I noticed that some of the workers that were doing the meat cuts would not go around to everyone evenly, it’s almost like they pick and choose who they go to. (We did the full experience and I’m well aware that not all tables do it) I’m speaking to the ones who did do the full experience. It is the only thing I truly didn’t like, I would hope it’s not a race thing…….I love this place.

   Expensive, boring flavorless food, plantain fries came with literally 3 fries…poor slow service, cold bar is not appetizing, cold asparagus and broccoli with your meal? Better off eating at McDonald’s

   Food was great! If you don’t do the full experience, the staff tries to kick you out to open a table for others.

    5pm reservation, evacuation because of fire alarm. Buffet wasn’t refilled from brunch. Boys with meat rarely ever stopped by. Not worth the $79.
