Amazing food. Great drinks.
Outstanding food and service.
Beautiful restaurant, reminiscent of Del Posto in Manhattan.
Great Brazilian rodizio style food, and what is outstanding is that all the different types of meat are deliciously cooked and served, contrary to what I had experienced in other Brazilian churrascarias in the US or even in Brazil.
Picanha always top.
Im really not impressed with the Cuts of the meat. The service was Horrific, have to share 3 waiters so no one ever comes unless you flag them down for a drink for desert, for coffee, for sauce etc. even to pay.
Had Rodizio many times even been to Fogo de Chao inSan Paolo, this experience was just ok. Some cuts of meat were awesome (beef ribs were spot on, lamb chops… even the chicken) Top loin and sausage just meh. The market table was just ok. Caprese salad featured unripe tomatoes more suited for a big mac. Cool that they offered feijoada at the market table but it was pretty much black beans with a couple small bits of meat. I’ve had feijoada many times in Brazil… probably just had too high expectations. Overall the food was ok but the service was bad. Took us 30 minutes to get seated, forever and a half to get drinks, waiter changed midway through dinner service and then took a lifetime to get a check…the manager on duty walked by us a number of times and couldn’t be less aware that we were sitting there with our credit cards out and children asleep in their chairs. How do you not notice that? Great ambiance but very expensive close to 900 bucks for 10 people ( 6 adults and 4 young kids) and not a lot of return other than “it was different.” The rodizio places in little Portugal in Newark NJ are so much better, nicer service and better value.
The service was awesome, there was always food going around, my waitress was very attentive, everything was perfect.
The meat did not have any flavor, had to wait over an hour for beans when the beans were available it tastes like water, the only good meat was picanha, very expensive if choosing the churrasco dinner experience, was offer tap water only instead of the bottled water that I had to ask for. At the end they were aware of the flaws and adjusted the bill which was good but the food and experience were not very good.
Our waiter JJ was very nice. Food was tasty, although as others mentioned the salad bar selection is a bit limited. Not as customer oriented as other locations.
Had a great first experience! I went with my fiancé, his brother and girlfriend. Our waitress kind of neglected us at first. They were packed and overwhelmed but we had a new waiter take over our table when he noticed we were waiting a while for our drinks and he was phenomenal. He knew what we needed and took care of us all the way. The food was amazing and we were very pleased with experience after the new waiter took over. I would absolutely go back. Highly recommend.
The experience was very good and I'll be going back many more times.
Food and dining environment were great .
But our waitress Ana was very rude.
She has a very big attitude and she took away our plates and token without even asking us if we finished.
She looks like we owe her a million dollars………
It is a pity with such a great restaurant, the one waitresses ruined our experience in Fogo de Chao.
Nice room, but many things were not authentic like the feijoada.
We had an awesome experience for my husbands birthday dinner. Our Waiter, Davin was very attentive. He went above and beyond for us.
William and Jorge the managers are amazing and the CSR Larissa and Cladio are amazing as well, took care of us. The staff as well are very exceptional.Thank you very much
Wonderful as always. Today was my third visit since they open in White Plains Every time when I go to Fogo de Chão, the experience is perfect.. The staffs are so nice, the food is amazing,. Easy to park
We went for HVRW. So we weren’t expecting the full selection. We were able to get everything but 4 types of meat, which was fine with us. The only problem with this place is that they really need to hire more people. The place was absolutely packed to capacity and there were about 20 people waiting for tables. They did not have enough people coming out with meat and when they did they ran out really fast. Our waiter had to hunt runners down to get us some meat. We did not get to try much of the menu because honestly they were only bringing out certain things. I would have loved some chicken, but it was no where to be see .Our waiter was awesome, he tried so hard and we really appreciated it. Drinks taking 20 minutes and lack of meat coming out of the kitchen were out of his control. It’s also extremely noisy when it’s full, so don’t expect any quiet dinner chats. I’ve been to a location in Houston and it was superb, so I know the potential this place has. We will return, but definitely not on a Saturday night and we will give them a few months to work out the kinks and hire more staff.
Our visit on a Saturday evening during Restaurant Week revealed a well-meaning but very disorganized staff doing their best to cope with a full house. When the first of the two of us returned from the salad bar, he was deluged with servers slicing various cuts of meat even before he had finished the salad items on his plate; by the time the second of us returned to the table, servers were nowhere to be found. This service unevenness continued throughout our visit. Ordered cocktails appeared well after the initial meat service. Some carving items reappeared several times, and others were seen only once, if at all. The carving items themselves were mediocre; there were many tough cuts of meat and inedible parts of fat and gristle, although some of the items were tasty enough. The salad bar was acceptable, but small, lacking many higher-end items we have often seen on salad bars at other churascarrias we have visited. We recognize that this location is a recent opening in the Fogo de Chão chain, and hopefully, in time, the kinks will be worked out.
Considering we went for Restaurant Week and it just opened we were pleasantly surprised by both the service and quality of the food. We will be back!
All the food was hot and good. The "Market Place" was actually unnecessary.
Nice selection of meats where waiters constantly round to our table until we had our fill. There was also a variety of salads, vegetables and other foods at the buffet table. Capped off the night with homemade desserts. Highly recommended!
Our hostess Andresa(?) was wonderful. Super outgoing, knowledgeable and friendly. It made the experience more enjoyable. My son said the sirloin was the best he’s had. The Brazilian cheese bread is addictive. The space is old and beautiful. Drinks are strong and delicious. Fun night.
Food was not worth what you pay. Texas de Brazil is better pricing, and bigger salad bar.
For meat lovers! But the salad bar was also very good with many unusual items to try in addition to the traditions greens. Meats were juicy; not a dry morsel in the house; served at the table in the Brazilian style of carving from skewers. Spacious room has an incredible high ceiling but noise carries so expect to talk loud. Friendly staff. And the puffy cheese rolls!!!
The meats were good, however it seemed very slow making its rounds.
Beautifully decorated restaurant. I love how spacious it is so it doesn't feel scary even during Covid times. The food was delicious and the market table was fresh. The standout for me was the service. I could tell the staff was highly trained and very well mannered. Efficient and attentive without being pushy. Very nice touch with changing plates to fresh ones. The staff was almost on par with the service I received at Eleven Madison Park and other high end restaurants. It is my second time here and will be coming back many times for sure. Highly recommend.
Delicious food. Staff was also great! We'll visit again.
Place is beautiful! Staff was very friendly and accomadating. My server Devan was amazing! Very good place I will definitely be back.
The salad bar is nice although not as extensive as some other churrascarias we’ve been too. It has all you’ll need and you have to resist not to fill yourself up on that alone. The meat selection and preparations however were top notch. Not at all over salted and excellent quality cuts. The dining hall is beautiful as it used to be a bank. Wine list offers great choices and if you are a fan of South American vintages you are in luck. It’s great value if you have a big appetite. Not so good if you eat like a bird. LOL. Service is great, food is awesome. Atmosphere is sophisticated. Totally enjoyable!
Great place to go for happy hour or even date night!
Perfect for hudson valley restaurant week!! Affordable, great meats, salad, tropical fruit, and Azul, was fantastic!!!
Food is absolutely delicious. Service was great. Highly recommend!
Visited for restaurant week, and certain meats were excluded such as fillet mignon but overall the food was delicious per usual. Restaurant I will say is always busy! There cocktails from the bar fogo menu are half of so there’s that too.
Hair was found in food and we didn’t get serviced for about ten minutes until we complained and customer service had to direct their servers to our table to serve us. Our waiter Shawn was amazing and tried to make things right. One server in particular was super amazing and tended to us expeditiously! There was another waiter that was very helpful, but I don’t remember his name. Thank you to the customer service lady that helped us out and tried to rectify the issues.
The service was great but the noise level was unbearable. The meats were good but not exceptional. The salad bar was ordinary as well.
We wanted to try it and have been in other locations this bring restaurant week gave us the perfect opportunity. We had a reservation and were immediately seated. The building is beautiful but the high ceiling make it very noisy. The salad bar was closely monitored and they made all the diners wear a glove when they served themselves. The food was very good some meets were slight overcooked. I had read to ask for the bacon if I didn’t see it which I did snd a server brought us a plate of it. Bacon very crispy dipped in gone with red pepper - amazing !!! Overall a great experience better for special occasions because even during restaurant week not inexpensive. Free Valet parking was a nice bonus too!
Even though we had a reservation we still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. They were very busy, but the staff was very apologetic about it. The salad bar has great variety and everything was delicious. All of the meats came out hot and we very much enjoyed ourselves.
We went for Hudson Valley Restaurant Week. Tremendous bang for our buck - $35.95 for basically all the delicious meat and charcuterie and appetizers you can eat. Also can’t believe my beers were only $4/each.
Meat overcooked and under seasoned, soup and potatoes were cold, carvers came around infrequently
Food was delicious all around. Everything was very flavorful! The $8 all-day happy hour (caipirinhas!) is a great deal....the strawberry hibiscus was delicious. Only thing is it is a bit noisy, so can be hard to hear the waiters when they come around with the different meats, especially with masks on. But overall it's a great experience and really nice atmosphere!
Picanha steak was FANTASTIC
