The place and the team were really nice. Weirdly we had the worst experience ever in a Fogo, most likely due to the lack of personnel. The place was supposed to close at 10PM. We arrived at 8:15PM to get enough time to enjoy. Well… here is what happened: tables were all left dirty in front of the customers ; the team preferred to put away the clean ones first and let you dine in front of the messy ones. The aperitif drinks were forgotten and arrived after the wine. We opened and pour the wine ourselves. The mashed potatos / banana etc. arrived in the middle of our dinner. At 9pm (approx. 15 mins after we started getting meats) they stoped the music, turn all lights on and asked you which meats you want to make you full. Long story short: we were not taken care of at all and the message was clear : we want to close and go home. I complained to the manager. She apologized and told us it’s because they don’t have much staff and need to get the floor clean… My advice? Go early, during the week-end maybe but not week-day passed 8PM

Hosanna was amazing! She was so fun to have as our server. She made sure we wanted for nothing. (Except ketchup… Lol, she’ll know, inside joke for our table.) She made sure that we received every cut of meat we desired, and cooked to the proper temperature. Oscar was a delight as well. Was the perfect host. So polite and friendly. Tony was not our server, but was super funny during our interaction with him. Our only complaint is that the menu options at this location were different than those in other states. No chicken breast and no caramelized pineapple. We were hoping for those two items to be served.

Everything was very good. It took a long while to get meat my husband ordered (he opted for only one meat option). Otherwise all was excellent.

Customer relation is important And the front dont smile Not accomodating Most of the time Dont even say hi and hello welcome Take too long seat from Entry to table Food not well maintain Meat are flavorles bland it lacks right Configuration of marinade something to make it taste well it does feel like your eating just the meat and water on it and fats of the Meat makes it dull Mind you parking is not easy at this place Foot traffic is not easy The food must be worth that much to wait for and to waste time to get to this place Im helping out here things to improve I always wonder why you dont have wine that are sweet and red … brazel has winary that has that People would enjoy wine even more when its sweet and red . Make changes I never was offered wine and its not even explained So who cares to buy that

Fogo de Chão is one of my favorite restaurants because every time I go, it feels like a little trip to Brazil. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing experience I’ve had so far. The location felt small and cramped compared to others, and I was surprised to see only two Brazilian staff members—neither of whom was my server. Early on, it was frustrating to see several staff members sitting in booths on their phones while service lagged. That said, the meat was great, the fruit was fresh, and the salad bar exceeded expectations. I was especially happy to see cooked mozzarella on skewers and feijoada offered—both of which added a nice touch of authenticity. The limonada was refreshing, though the caipirinha was unfortunately watered down. This visit won’t stop me from going again, but it will make me think twice about visiting this location.

This reservation was made to celebrate my husband for Father’s Day. We loved going to the Bellevue, WA location. So we thought, why not try the Seattle, WA location. We deeply regret coming. All of the meats were DANGEROUSLY salty. Our reservation was at 12:00; the cold bar, where fruits, sides, Salads are kept, weren’t replenish in a timely manner. Our server that originally had our table left for an hour and there was no communication from anyone else during that time. We were left with empty drinking glasses. We had flag down someone to get refills. One of the managers had to tell a server to stop what they’re doing so they can check on us. We didn’t see our server until it was time to pay for our bill and the bill was input incorrectly. It seemed like the only meat that the Gauchos walked around with was different cuts of steak. The location in Bellevue, WA had many different meat selections. There were two managers that walked around in navy blue suits. They had no concern for the safety of their employees or the guests for that matter. There were children running around the dinning area. Although, it’s ultimately the parents responsibility to ensure their child/children are being watched. However, none of the staff talked to the guests to inform them that their children must remain seated or at least be in close proximity of the table. The Gauchos walk around with hot cuts of meat and sharp objects to serve the customers. It would be a shame if an accident happens because of negligence on either the restaurant staff or the parents. And lastly, my family and I had the Indulgent Experience (what we always get). For a total of $275.60, I would expect to receive better service and quality food. Unfortunately, that’s not what we had. I don’t believe this is a matter of what Fogo De Chao, as a whole, has to offer. The lack of attention to detail and pride falls on this specific team and management at the Seattle, WA location.

Very understaffed- we went on a Wednesday night to celebrate a birthday. It took 20 minutes before meat servers came around our table. Then, they came very sporadically, very unlike our past Bellevue experience. The location is very nice, they do not validate parking (though it is only $10 in the evening.) We waited 30 minutes and finally flagged someone down to ask for the meat servers to come around again and to order dessert. I hope the location learns to manage their staffing needs better. We were there for over 3.5 hours because of the delayed service.

Service not great… only 2 waitresses for entire restaurant..took 20 min to get waitress to our table to order meat. Sauces were not provided until 2nd serving of meat.

All the staff was kind, pleasant, and helpful. We waited about 20 minutes for our server - no one had even come by to offer water. When I asked a different server to find out who was responsible for our table the answer was “I am not sure” I had to press and say “well that’s not the answer I was hoping to hear. Could you please find out who it is or let your manager know that we have not been attended to.” Our server came over shortly and was very pleasant . After we had practically finished our meal he asked if there was anything else and we brought up the crab cakes. He apologized and said he had forgot to punch in that order. He offered to get some but we declined as we had finished. Again he was very pleasant and helpful and apologized. But overall I question if I would come back again.
