This is a new Fogo de Chao and the staff are still getting their bearings. Service was fair, but lacked the quality experienced at other Fogos. The market bar is one-sided as compared to a round one at most Fogos, so there were a lot of people crowded around it and it seemed to offer less options than other stores. The chicken salad - a Fogo staple- was not what we expected, lacking the huge chucks of chicken. The meats were just okay. Temperatures ranged from barely cooked (ultra rare) to overcooked and very little in between. The sides were OK, bananas and mashed potatoes were lukewarm and mushy. The cheese rolls were delicious! Overall, just an OKish visit. I would not rush back to this location, but Beverly Hills instead. Maybe in a few months they'll have all of the kinks worked out?!

They are still working out their growing pains since opening up. Majority of food was overcooked and they didn't offer different temperatures of meat.

We are fans of the food and dining experience at Fogo. This new location in Santa Monica elevated our opinion of the restaurant chain primarily due to the staff. Blake, Sarah, and Logan have all checked in with us repeatedly to ensure our service and experience was excellent. Their attentiveness was very much above and beyond because each was personable, responsive, and genuine. The nature of the churrasco is labor-intensive by the very nature of how food is served, but they made sure that we felt taken care of. Much appreciated! We've been there multiple times since their store opened, and it will be our go-to location for Fogo.

Exquisite! Attention to details. All staff were so warm and hospitable. THE BEST FOGO EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I have been dining at Fogo throughout various locations in the US and have accumulated over 50 dining experiences spanning 25 years! This was hands down the best most enjoyable dining experience of my life! Bravo and bravo Fogo!
